Shipping charges are reasonable compare to other company and customer service is excellent. Whenever, I have issues I contact them using their website and they will reply within few hours. I was referred to First Choice by an Amazon Canada representative. I decided to give them a try and found out that they are THE service to use for Amazon.ca. Extremely cheap shipping, somewhere like less than $1.50/lb, AND they totally walk you through the entire import process. It's completely turn key. They have a compliance team that will take care of that headache for you as well. I highly recommend their service!

Spoke to Chavie Frankel to set up and shipment to the US and the whole process was simple and easy to follow. Chavie was knowledgeable and really helpful in ensuring everything was set up correctly and that our next steps would be quick and easy.
