Used First Choice Shipping for the first time to to expand our Amazon operations from USA into Australia. The process of setting up an account and creating a shipment and getting rate quotes was quite easy and everything worked great. My only complaint would be on the billing side. Even though we provided a credit card to be charged for the invoices and signed an authorization form, FirstChoice still limits you to $500 per shipment and I had to pay the amount over $500 just to create the shipment and before they are even picked up. I don't understand why that is necessary. What would happen if after paying the additional amount I change my mind about shipping or an order gets cancelled? Do I now have to request a refund? And how easy is that? Will there be fees for that? That part I don't like.
