Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Waited 45 minutes for someone to pick up asking to pay for a service call on my dishwasher that’s no longer working after just a year of service. The women who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and had no interest in talking. All she would say is what’s the serial number, I repeated the only number number that was on the door of the dishwasher. She continued to sign and said no sir that’s not it. I asked her where else I could find it. She let out a big sigh (after her hard effort of speaking with me for 60 seconds) and said I’ll send you to customer care sir goodbye. Then just disconnected the call

Frigidaire quality has plummeted past the point of no return. The lower element on my 4year old oven exploded into an electrical fire the likes of nothing I have ever seen before. By some miracle no one was injured. I will never purchase another Frigidaire product as long as I live.

We purchased two appliances from Home Depot. Both Frigidaire the Ice maker on the door freezes up and we have had them here a number of times and it can’t be fixed. But the bigger issue is the flat top stove. The one burner goes on by itself. Any movement near the stove sets it off. This is a fire hazard. And they are not concerned does anyone know if there is any way to take care of this without costing us more money. I won’t buy another Frigidaire product again .

I purchased a Frigidaire Gallery Model GCRE302LAF stove last year from Lowes with a quick bake oven feature. It smokes terribly when I am cooking. I have contacted Electrolux twice by mail and have never heard a word back from them. I called out a service guy who says there is nothing wrong with the stove, they pick up any grease of the item cooking and spread it around the inside. I have to use the exhaust fan on the microwave to remove the smoke from this oven. I am so very disappointed in this stove and recommend no one buys this.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I am receiving from Frigidaire. I bought a new Frigidaire side by side refrigerator freezer in September 2020. It just died and Frigidaire is refusing to honor the warranty, and refusing to replace. It was diagnosed as needing a new compressor that will cost $1400 to replace. The purchase price was $1191.00- so why are they refusing to replace it. On top of that the soonest the service tech can come out to repair it is June 23rd! My family cannot be without a freezer or refrigerator for another 10 days! Horrible and disappointing customer service from Frigidaire!

I bought a dishwasher on 8/11/2020 and it stopped working within a couple months. I called Frigidaire and set appointment, it took several appointments ( until someone showed ) till someone came and looked at it, I was told that it needed a main board, after waiting another 3 months with no parts or repaired unit I was told I was getting a voucher to replace the unit. NO voucher showed up. called back and was told the info given to me was incorrect that I would have to wait for as long as it took by the customer service agent Destiny. I was told that there is no one that can review my claim or issues that I would have to wait. Keep in mind that every time I call there is a on hold time before speaking to anyone for ( 27,48, 45, 58,48, and 21 minutes this last time.) The customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen. If you need to contact them you should cut your losses and replace it with a company that stands behind their products. learn from your mistake and buy a product that the company stands behind what they make.

I purchased a small Frigidaire refrigerator with the ice maker add on in 2013. The ice maker failed after 2 years so I bought a replacement. The second one failed after about 2 more years. The one I have now just started leaking water into the ice bin which creates a solid block of ice. When I called the company (which was no easy task) they told me it was out of warranty and they couldn't help. Really? THREE of them? POOR customer service! They should stand behind their products or remove them from the market.

I will never ever buy another Frigidaire appliance. I should have done my homework and checked out all of the poor reviews and bad comments by other customers that have been strung along by Frigidaire. Our refrigerator is less than a year old and we have had the repairman to our home for the fourth time and the fridge is still not fixed. Even though we have the extended warranty it is useless when Frigidaire's customer service is so poor and I have argued over the phone with them numerous times to get the fridge fixed or replace it. It is impossible to get anything done with this company and they will not stand behind their products. DO NOT BUY ANY FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCTS!!!
