I bought the stand alone single door Refrigerator and Freezer. 1st it took half a year to receive them. Okay thanks to Covid... that's understandable. But after receiving them,I noticed that the rubber seal around the freezer door is crooked and twisted at the bottom. Hence letting cold air out and not operating at its optimal best. Therefore, I called customer service, they said it's not an issue affecting performance and said that they won't send a technician to replace it. She quickly ended the call and told me to have a good day!!! What kind of service is this? After sales care and service is terrible. Stay away from this brand. Or make good on your after sales service.

Worse product and service. My range stays on when I turn it off. It's two months now, and I could not cook and still not fixed. I will never repurchase the Frigidaire brand!

The warranty isn't cost effective. My ice maker lasted 6 months. I submitted a warranty request and Curtis/Frigidaire told me to return the unit to California. This unit is heavy. The price I have to pay for shipping is about half the price I paid for the unit. This is apparently how they avoid honoring the warranty.

I purchased a refrigerator in May, the door is damaged and I need it replaced. A new door was ordered and I am still waiting for it in September. I have had to call customer service three times. My most recent call was today. I was told that my wait time is ONE HOUR. The other two times I called it was over 30 minutes wait. It makes me think, if so many people are complaining to them, maybe their product isn't worth purchasing.

Worst customer service EVER. Everyone is very polite on the phone however after a year of trying to get my oven repaired, nothing has been accomplished. I was sold a defective product from day one and somehow this became by fault and has cost me days off work for repairs and 10+ hours on hold waiting to speak to an agent. I have been told four times that I would receive a call back from them and have never been called back, I was forwarded to two companies for repairs that they did not even have contracts with, I was sent an incompetent repair man who came five times and accomplished nothing. The most ridiculous customer service experience I have ever heard. I will NEVER buy another Frigidaire appliance.

I bought a Beverage Center on August 9, 2021. It works and cools except that the display to allow you to adjust the temperature does not. After checking and finding I cannot get another unit from any location within 50 miles of me nor online, I emailed customer service. Customer service replied back that they sent the issue to technical support and to expect a reply within 72 hours. I waited 120 hours (5 days) before emailing again. After another three days with no response, I called the customer service line. The representative apologized, took my information, and told me she would email me a reference number. She also said to expect a call from technical support on either 8/30/21 or 8/31/21 between 8AM and 5PM (EST). No email and no phone call. I am keeping the item as I cannot replace it, it is the right size for my needs, and it works at the factory temperature setting. However, I will never purchase anything from Frigidaire again.

I bought a Frigidare dishwasher at Lowes and after running it 4 times it stopped working. I called the warranty number and was given the run.around for over a month now with no resolution in sight. They promise repairs but never provide them and continue to avoid their commitment to their warranty. I will never again buy an Electrolux or Frigidare product and recommend others avoid there appliances.

Bought a new upright frigidaire freezer in June 2021. As soon as I plugged it in, fan made noise. Apparently, tech told me bad design, need to install new fan assembly. Three weeks later door hinge broke, door falls off when opening. Tech told me to call FRIGIDAIR as hinges and fan assembly are on back order. Call Frigidaire in July, they told me if I didn't receive parts in 5 days they will replace unit. Call Aug 11th as no parts came in (gave them 10 days) they informed me that they will replace unit. Called August 20, got an email from Frigidaire that tech will be at my house 9/9 to repair. I called local company that Frigidaire said was going to do the work, they knew nothing about it. Call Frigidaire on 8/26 to see what the FU*& is going on. They said they will send parts. I asked what about replacement. Frigidaire Service said not happening now but parts are on back-order. DON'T BUY FRIGIDAIRE IF YOU WANT RELIABILITY OR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK.
