What a bad company their product is horrible I bought a convection oven and the first day it had problems now the oven wont work When talking to frigadair they were rude talking over me I couldn't even explain my problem the repair man they sent me to never came the second one wanted me to diagnose the problem for him I called frigadair back and got the same thing from them nothing now I'm taking them to court for a defective product My warning is to stay away from them there products suck and the dont resolve the problem

Very not truthful company they don’t service and took advantage of Covid with pricing and defective models . I will be turning to better business bureau at this time with paper proof

My 6 month old microwave stopped working and it has been over two months and have received the run around with repair service. DO NOT purchase a Frigidaire product. Their one year warranty service is a joke.

We purchased this brand model:LFSS2612TE4 last year end April.Not even a years old, it’s huge cracked in the frozen sides.They did factory built model problem.And no customer service at all.Do not get this brand.Waste your money and time.Horrible experience!

Do not buy anything from Frigidaire. Bought a refrigerator 6 months ago and it broke, we have been dealing with customer service and the technician for months to get it fixed. I just had another appt cancelled today. If we were not in warranty and the repair cost $600 then we would've solved this weeks ago but dealing with customer service and the tech to order the parts and come out has been beyond frustrating. We have now had 4 appts cancelled. No fridge this summer.

Absolute garbage old fridge gave me Freon poisoning then brand new fridge lasted a week, absolute garbage they sell.

Two years ago we bought a new dehumidifier for our basement. After much research to make sure we got a dehumidifier that was right for the space and that was rated as excellent, we ended up buying a Frigidaire Model FFAD5033W1. The machine lasted 2 years after which ice started building up on the back of the machine. Mind you the machine has been located in a clean finished basement and was maintained according to the Frigidaire instructions (basement T >17C, Filter cleaned monthly). After 2 years the machine is no longer under warranty, only ONE (1) year of a repair warranty for a $400 dehumidifier. If you believe in your product this should be at least 5, maybe even 10 years!! Than I looked for a Frigidaire repair service, went to two different service centres and was told by both that they can not fix these machines b/c Frigidaire does not sell the parts!!!! I looked on the Frigidaire website and all they can sell you is, what I call, the housing parts. I spoke to customer service and they said that the sealed part would need to be replaced if the machine is not working properly (this is basically the entire dehumidifier w/o the plastic housing) costing $300.... +Tx + Tech time (that is if they can order the part, which I was told they can not)... and that is basically a new machine. These machines should last at least 10 years, especially is taken care of (which is what we did) and if Frigidaire would in any way really care for their customers they would replace a $400 2 year old machine without a hitch. Which they do not. So here I am with a piece of crap that costed me a lot of money and that has to go in the garbage b/c it can not be fixed. What a waste of money, and what a lousy service. If I could give less than 1 star I would give a '0' star rating. No more Frigidaire EVER in this household! And of course our friends and family will be advised to stay away from Frigidaire!

Purchased fridge in January, 6 month later it broke!!! Called customer service, had to wait a week for technician to come, he had no idea what to do, called “master technician” who gave him instructions over the phone. They end up ordering parts, radiator, witch came in two weeks later, than I had to wait another week for someone to come out and install it. At this point I was without fridge for 4 weeks. But that’s not the end!!! 3 weeks later it started to make noises, two days later it broke🤬🤬🤬 so I’m trying to contact customer service again, unfortunately “ because high volume of calls they can’t take my call at the moment” !!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
