Bought a Frigidaire smooth top oven range a year and a half ago. The on light will not turn off so my oven always looks on. I must feel for heat to know if it is truly turned off. The oven door is made if cheap material that gets too hot and gets ugly, brown burn marks on the outside of the door and under the stove knobs where the steam vents. Then, 2 days ago, my oven handle just completely falls off. I think the excessive heat compromised its integrity. This oven was very gently used. Customer service was no help. They only schooled me on how I should have bought the extended warranty. They also insulted my age telling me the poor quality of materials was due to people like ME who were born in the 1950's or 60's and depleted the earth of natural resources due to our environmental negligence. 😂 At least they admitted to the oven being poor quality! They couldn't have cared less about the safety issues. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCTS!!! We bought a Frigidaire induction cooktop stove. About 8 months later it just stopped working while we were cooking. Contacted warranty department. They sent the work order to the tech service that said we did not have a warranty. We had to send the tech service the bill of sale before they would come out. A couple of weeks later tech came out. Trouble shooter cooktop and determined he had to order A control board and come back. A few weeks later he came back installed control board and it still did not work. He called Frigidaire master tech and told him it still doesn't work and the wiring diagram that came with the cooktop doesn't even match the cooktop wiring. They told him to order all 5 elements and come back on another appointment and change them all out. The tech told me that that will not fix it but he has to do it because they told him to. At this point we have been over a months with no cooktop. By the time he comes back we will be well over 2 months. I recently called Frigidaire and got the run around. We have not received any calls from tech service for another appointment to come out. My wife has a home daycare and we have 4 kids we can't cook fir with a fully operational kitchen. Conn's is the retailer we purchased the product from and they should be ashamed to carry Frigidaire products. Any retailer that sale Frigidaire products should stop selling Frigidaire products because they do not care about the customer or honor their warranty. There should be a class action lawsuit against Frigidaire for ripping people off.

Frigidaire is a terrible refrigerator. within 1 month the cheese drawer was broken, the shelves that hold condiments broke, they fell on the floor every time I opened the door. We've only had it for 3 mos. I wouldn't recommend this fridge. I had to go buy another one after spending close to 1000.00 dollars on this one.

This is my first review ever! Negative stars!! I am 51 and have never in my life experienced this level of HORRIBLE service. There are too many lies that were told to me to get into. They don’t care about their customers. We have been without a fridge for 2 months and depending on the agent you get-there’s a different story and different “process” -it’s part of their waiting game until you finally give up-which is what we are doing after $3,000 and 2 months of frustration. Don’t buy Frigidaire

Hi, I purchased a home with all new Frigidaire appliances and one of the refrigerator called top mount, the coolant stopped working AFTER six months. The company stated the defroster bi-metal need to be replaced. I am waiting days for the product to be sent. I called out in frustration and asked them to expedite. They mailed the product to my home and it is WRONG PRODUCT. Then, they said they have to search their warehouse which they said was initially five to seven days. Then when I called them on the seventh day. They told that is the wrong information and the wait time is actually seven to ten days. Turns out. that is on back order. Now it has been almost two months without a working refrigerator. They have been giving me the run around and dragging their feet to send me a replacement. They don't care that you are without a refrigerator and expect me to indefinitely for a replacement. They always give me the same answer which is "this is the process." Now, they said it will take 5 to 7 days for the company to approve a replacement. I asked to approve and expedite but they are unwilling to even though they messed up so many times on their end. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY!

I have lived in my new home as of today 45 days. The builder put a Frigidaire wall oven with microwave in it. Since close day it has not worked. I have contacted Frigidaire every week at least 2x week trying to get it replaced after a contracted appliance repair man stated the part needed to fix a brand new appliance I have never used cant be FOUND PART. I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND ON GETTING REPLACED. I STILL HAVE NOT DANG OVEN! I can honestly say they are the WORST and their robot customer service agents don't help nor listen. The waiting is ridiculous. 45 days of waiting on a appliance after buying half million dollR house is ridiculous. I should have had a replacement of my choice by now!!!!! I'm calling a LAWYER NEXT

If I could choose ZERO stars I would. Bought a refrigerator/freezer Oct 2021 and less then 6 months in, the freezer went out. Nothing stays frozen. Have been trying to contact customer service for 5 months and have only talked to a live person once who promised someone would call me back. Never received a call back. The only thing she could offer was for me to purchase an extended warranty. Absolutely no way I'd pay extra to them when it's been 5 months and I am no where with this issue. This place is a scam!!!!!!!

After the control panel on my Frigidaire cooker cracked after minimal use I called the service line after one and a half hours on the phone i was hung up on by someone who could barley speak English ! I will not purchase another Frigidaire product or Electrolux.
