Bought a Frigidaire kitchen appliance package (dishwasher, range and fridge). from Costco in late 2022. The freezer door was shipped faulty and needed a warranty repair. Then in October the glass on the induction stove top pitted. They claimed it was from sugar, but the stove top and kettle were clean. Total rip off. They shirk their warranty and sell low quality defective products. Now I’m left with a broken stove top and can’t get a replacement part for 5 weeks. It will also cost me over $1,000 for repairs. Never buy from them.

Be aware that this brand is irresponsible and lacks decency. their products are not reliable or durable. If I can give them less than 1 star I would do it. I bought a fridge side-by-side last April at Lowes. In June started to fail to cool. It took more than 3 months to be fixed. All my food was spoiled, and they had the nerve to offer me $50 for a loss of more than $300. I tried since the beginning of the issue to return it, but instead, they sent me (to buy) their insurance which confirms they are aware their products are trash. Don’t buy them, is a waste of money.

This dehumidifier displayed an error code one month before the expiration of the warranty. I called Frigidaire to get the replacement. They shipped out a replacement that did not remove any moisture, thus, ran continuously without getting any water in the bucket. I called for a second replacement and told Frig that I would be away for a month to hold off on sending it. Per their instruction, I was to call upon my return to get the second replacement shipped. When I called upon my return, I was told the second unit had been shipped and delivered, but could not give me the date of delivery. Since the second dehumidifier appears to have been taken, Frig agreed to send a third unit. That was two months ago, and still no unit. I doubt they sent the second replacement as Frig CS could not tell me when any of the units were sent (even though the inquiry occurred after they units were sent), nor did they send an email as they said they would that the unit was sent and no notification from UPS that it was delivered.

I purchased a Frigidaire stove, dishwasher, and Microwave. I have only had it for 3 years and every time you open the door of the microwave the breaker pops. I fixed it but that only lasted a month. I then burnt one of the micro switches in the door so I had to buy a new one, which I ordered from Frigidaire, which was $45.00. It fixed that microwave for a week then started popping the breaker again. When I called Frigidaire about the problem again they said that they had not heard of the problem, (yet there are a lot of bad reviews about this problem). They do not stand behind their product. I will never buy another Frigidaire product. They should force you to buy an extended warranty.

DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE GALLERY AIR CONDITIONERS. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Frigidaire in general. This is a horrible company with products that do not work out of the box. I currently have two identical air conditioners in my possession that were both received broken. The first was purchased with an extended warranty and was received with a broken touch control panel and the second is an obviously refurbished unit sent as a replacement for the first unit and this unit does not even turn on. Frigidaire is now denying me a refund or an additional replacement saying that the second broken unit is out of warranty because I was traveling and unable to install the replacement unit for one month after receiving it. I am now stuck with two units that do not work to dispose of myself and find myself having to purchase a third unit from a more reputable brand. 0 Stars from me. Buyer beware!

I wish I could give 0 stars. It will take at least 6 weeks and 3 cancelled appointments before I can get someone to come out to look at my refrigerator that is under warranty and not keeping temp. 6 weeks is assuming that they do not cancel again on the day of the appointment. It has been a nightmare trying to feed a family of 5 and send kids to school with lunch when the refrigerator is reaching 45 degrees every single day.

I purchased a Frigidaire 2 months ago warranty full and effect been calling customer service for a month now 1st time they told me they need the receipt of purchase a serial number pic and sign a replacement form and in 5 business days they will send me a new air condioner well good luck with that evrytime I call cause 31 business days past already they keep telling me I have to send the documents I sent 5 times and the customer service are not even in America and they barely speak English the last customer service I spoke to had a Dog in her office Barkyn and I told her I can't hear you and she asked me should I kill the dog so he can shut up asking me what I wanted to do this is unacceptable from frigidaire to have un professional personal working for them I haved always purchased frigidaire my last air conditioner I will never do they could go bankrupt be careful where you invest your money not worth the headache.

Do not buy this refrigerator. Bought 5 new appliances off of them for a new home, refrigerator instantly started sweating into a pool of water on the floor, called the service tech out to fix it in the first week we had it, he deemed it “unfixable”. We have now been without a fridge for one month, and frigedaire still has not made it right. The service guy has been out 5xs, because they have required a second and third opinion. The opinion has not changed, amd we still do not have a refrigerator. The warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. They are the WORST in the Customer Service industry. Stay away from this brand, buyer beware!
