I bought an induction cooktop 03/07/23 It cracked less than 2 weeks later The retailer I bought it from ,Kam Appliance, of Hyannis Ma, told me it was Frigidaires problem. I have talked to customer service 9 times since then. They told me the part is out of stock. The last call told me that it would be in stock early Nov. still nothing. eight months now going on nine. I even tried to leave a review on their web sight. When i enter my model number it says the model number is incorrect. The cooktop with that model number is available at both Lowe's and Home depot. Wish I had bought it from them.Probably better customer service. I tried to give local business' the sale .

Terrible experience
We bought an induction coooktop at the end of June. It stopped working in September. We were told that it needed a new computer. When the repair person returned, we were told it needed a second new computer and that the major element was broken. We are still waiting. It’s on warranty but no replacement has been offered.

A Never Ending Tale of Frustration and Disappointment with Frigidaire Canada
In March 2023, I made a significant investment in a Frigidaire wall oven and microwave combo, purchasing it from Home Depot for over $3,800. Expecting reliability and quality, what followed instead was a tale of FRUSTRATION AND DISAPPOINTMENT.
Merely seven months later, the unit CEASED TO FUNCTION. Believing in the brand's customer service, I reached out to Frigidaire, who assured me that a technician from Stein Appliances would attend to the issue. The wait was EXCRUCIATING, lasting TEN DAYS, during which the absence of a functional oven and microwave SIGNIFICANTLY DISRUPTED OUR HOUSEHOLD ROUTINE.
The technician's diagnosis was that the unit was IRREPARABLE and promised to report this to Frigidaire, suggesting a replacement. However, three days later, I discovered that Stein Appliances had NOT sent any report. After contacting them, they apologized and promised immediate action. Yet, instead of advocating for a replacement as initially stated, they reported the need for ordering FIVE DIFFERENT PARTS, suggesting a PROFIT MOTIVE in repairs over customer satisfaction.
Confronted with this inconsistency, Stein's response was UNSATISFACTORY. Reluctantly, I agreed to the repairs, to which they promised a part delivery by November 27th. The date came and went with NO RESPONSE. Upon inquiry, they mentioned a BACKORDER, delaying it further to the end of the week.
Frustrated, I implored Frigidaire for a REPLACEMENT. In response, Stein misleadingly informed them of having the part in stock and a scheduled appointment. Today, November 30th, the promised day of repair, NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP. Each call reveals further DELAYS AND UNFULFILLED PROMISES.
My patience has been TESTED BEYOND REASON. Over a month has passed since the unit failed, and I am left WITHOUT A FUNCTIONING OVEN, despite having paid nearly $4,000 for it. The lack of a local Frigidaire office in Canada complicates matters further, as their customer support, outsourced to the Philippines, seems POWERLESS TO EFFECTIVELY RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
In this ordeal, Stein Appliances' actions appear driven by PROFIT, showing a preference for ordering parts and accruing service charges rather than addressing the customer's need for a functioning appliance. Meanwhile, Frigidaire's inability to enforce accountability or provide timely solutions is DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING.
As a customer caught in the middle, I have endured SIGNIFICANT INCONVENIENCE AND DISSATISFACTION. This experience has severely tarnished my view of Frigidaire Canada and Stein Appliances, a cautionary tale for potential buyers seeking reliability and responsive customer service.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! Bought a freezer from a store and didn’t work from the beginning. The store wouldn’t exchange it until Frigidaire authorized it. They sent the authorization to exchange it after the tech determined the compressor wasn’t working. The new freezer had the same issue (bad compressor) and now they are giving me the run around for the exchange since September. Customer service is horrible, won’t listen, won’t write correct notes and the supervisor that I spoke to was awful and kept talking over me… He hung up after I kept saying something and he kept interrupting me! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Terrible Dishwasher…
We purchased a suite of Frigidaire appliances in February of 2023. The dishwasher has been nothing but trouble. We have had warranty service on the dishwasher 7 times and it still leaks. The factory repair person from the company even put parts back in incorrectly and made the problem worse. The dishwasher has been out of service as long as it's been able to be used. We have tried to get Frigidaire to replace it as a lemon to no avail. It is now leaking again a week after they said it was repaired again. Totally frustrated with this piece of crap dishwasher. Stay away from Frigidaire.

Frigidaire does not care about customers
The refrigerator arrived to my location more than a week late and when I contacted Frigidaire, they are least bothered about this. until on my day of delivery they did not inform me that the refrigerator is getting delayed. On the delivery date, Frigidaire shipped the product to RXO (Delivery partner) and RXO did not even receive the refrigerator. When I was talking to Frigidaire, they simply ignored my concerns and said that they cannot do anything because it is already shipped and they also commented it will be only few days late. Only few days late? How many days will perishable items like milk, yogurt stay without refrigerator? Also whatever few days delay the agent said it is only for the refrigerator to be arrived at RXO. RXO delivered it after few more days they received the refrigerator. Overall it was delivered nearly 10 days late than was originally scheduled. I know sometimes things like this can happen but Frigidaire is least concerned about this issue and they did not even offer any alternative like delivering a temporary refrigerator for me to use or atleast some compensation was not provided. No matter how good the refrigerators are, I do not recommend any Product from a company that runs irresponsible customer service. Frigidaire doesn't care about the customers, beware before purchasing any products from them.
Also there are multiple problems with this refrigerator compared with customer care issues (model number - FFHT1425VV):
Issue 1: really did not like is there is not even a light available when the top freezer door is opened.
Issue 2: Also there is not even a signal or any sound that comes out of the refrigerator when the door is opened for longer period.
Also when I posted this review in Frigidaire website, they did not publish and rejected it.

Avoid Frigidaire
I purchased all Frigidaire products for a new home 11/15/21. Since then the oven has been repaired 4 times for the control panel, main board and sensors.
It is now broken again, and history has shown, 2-3 weeks for the service tech to show, then order parts for another couple weeks, then get back on the service schedule...we may have a working oven in 2024! We have contacted the company we bought it from and Frigidaire with no help!
The only thing worse than the products is the service from the company!
