We bought an induction range. It has a 12 month warranty. It failed in one month. The local repair company came over quickly to deal with it. Came over a second time. No help. Third time nothing. And so on for six times. I called Frigidaire/Electrolux, twice to complain. No help. Now, we are waiting for the repair guys to get a part in that, in this case, had to ordered from the manufacturer. This has been going on for 4 months! Useless appliance taking up space in the kitchen for four months. I can't understand why this company would trash their reputation by putting us through this. You can make up your own mind.

I needed a new rinse aid cap for the my new gallery dishwasher. Their agent couldn’t even handle that!! Horrible experience and my mistake for buying 4 kitchen appliances for my kitchen. Get your act together!!!!

I just spoke with someone at Frigidaire after waiting for a chat to start; this took ten minutes and then I was accidentally disconnected. I then called. The person I spoke with had a muffled voice or maybe the connection wasn’t good. After having to ask the person several times to say something again they became snotty and rude. When asking them to repeat something, I clearly stated that the connection must be the problem so that they’d know I wasn’t blaming them for not speaking clearly. Very negative experience overall.

I bought the Frigidaire Gallery Dishwasher and after 2 years the start switch quit working. I understand that this is apparently a common occurrence and the switch is the whole bank of switches on the top of the door, which would've cost me a fortune except that I had bought a 3 yr. extended warranty which covered the cost of repair. The dishwasher never dries all the dishes on the top rack on it's highest setting. It left grey gunk on some of the lower rack dishes on the first wash. I called to ask a question about extending the warranty again for 3 years (because I don't trust it to keep working that long) and waited on the phone for 30 minutes and when an Asian female finally answered, she told me "You sound like a robot" and would not talk to me. I didn't want to go through the whole process again so I didn't call back. I tried the "chat" feature on their website which was supposed to be the quickest route to help, had to wait 20 minutes to talk to a roboagent, then another 10 minute wait for a live agent to come on which never happened in the 10 minutes. Save yourself the grief and anger and get a better brand with better servicing.

I will never ever buy a Frigidaire appliance again. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I have been on the phone for hours with their moronic customer service team trying to get the correct size oven racks for my brand new, never used Frigidaire oven range because the ones that came with it were too big. They refuse to send them unless I pay $150 for each rack. That's half the cost of the oven itself for a part that they added incorrectly. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. I've spoken to four people two of which couldn't understand what an oven rack was. Don't waste your money with these people.

This concerns my 18 months NEW Galaxy Frigidaire gas Range. I have had gas stoves in my home since I was a child.  NEVER have I inhaled "exhaust from my stoves."   (This is what the Frigidaire Repair man called it). Two of my neighbors came in who are familiar with gas appliances & they too were gagging at the negative, intense "exhaust fumes". This range literally Stinks! And, it is Not Healthy.  Smelling the exhaust from my auto won't kill me but surely is unhealthy and stinks! Also, my Gallery refrigerator has its issues. Therefore, my 2 Frigidaire new Gallery appliances I definitely would Never recommend to anyone else to buy. People need to know what they are purchasing. I will look for an induction stove, much safer. (Not Frigidaire)

Bought a $1000 Freezer Model # FFUE2022AWE Five months in the Heater coil stops working and the coils freeze up. Causing the Freezer to not work. Waited for a week for a warranty repair tech to come out, then he tells me the part isn't available, not in stock. It's not on backorder, "it isn't available"! So he said he will place an order request and who knows when I will get the part. Never buy an Electrolux / Frigidaire appliance. what a joke.

We bought a Frigidaire refrigerator in 2020. It worked fine for a couple of years until the top hinge pin holding the mullion (the divider between the doors) fell off. When this happened, the refrigerator door would sometimes not close correctly. The refrigerator was still under warranty with Asurant, but they denied the claim saying the problem didn't interfere with the operation of the refrigerator. But it did interfere with the operation of the refrigerator because if the door didn't close properly and no one noticed, the cold air would leak out and potentially allow our food to spoil. Several months later, the bottom hinge pin fell off. Assurant again denied the claim. The tabs holding the hinge pins on are broken and apparently you cannot buy replacements. The mullion is very unstable and wobbles when opening and closing the refrigerator door. It is only held on in the middle now. Although this refrigerator is still under warranty, we are going to have to buy a new refrigerator. What good is a warranty if the company won't honor it?
