Worst company ever. Do not buy anything from them. I've had 2 washing machines delivered. I've had 2 refrigerators. Last refrigerator was delivered in February. It broke in May with the same problems I had with the first one. I'm still waiting on the part for my refrigerator. My food ruined. Now my dishwasher broke just after a year. They wanted me to pay to have it repaired. Why would I pay to have a crappy appliance repaired. The warranties are for a year. Wondering now when my dryer, microwave and stove will be next to break. Please don't waste your money. You will regret it. No one has all day to spend on the phone with this company. I've spent all day on the phone and nothing changes!

The brand-new refrigerator that came with our new construction house has apparently been leaking since the start. We now have to deal with thousands of dollars of water damage, and the customer support for Frigidaire has been useless. Your product has been having problems since the beginning and you won't even cover the cost of sending a technician out? Really? I will never buy a Frigidaire or Electrolux product and will be going out of my way to share my experience with others for many, many years to come.

Would have given them 0 stars if that was an option. Bought a Frigidaire ice maker that worked great for 3 months and quit. This companies customer service is a joke. Sent them all the documents and pictures they requested, waited and waited for a response, to finally be told I could package up the unit and ship it to California at MY expense, and then they would give me an answer as to how they would make it right. So we spent $250 for an ice maker that worked for 3 months. Whatever you do...... STAY AWAY from this brand!!!!

Customer service - call or chat wait times are over 30 minutes. Bought a 20cf fridge - first one had solder beads burned into the freezer compartment. Replacement unit the lights and temp control would not work. After a service call with their authorized and recommended repair company I was told it was due to a light bulb with affected everything. Calling and leaving 3 messages for the repair company asking where my replacement bulb is yields no results. We communicated just fine prior to service call - now they ghost me. Frigidaire needs to vet repair companies a bit better. Another issue is ice maker kit - it makes 8-10 cubes every hour - total of maybe 2 lbs per day. Pathetic. On chat hold for 40 minutes at this point.......yeah, they will sell you an appliance but good luck after that point.

We purchased a fridge and wall oven/microwave unit back in December 2023. In April of 2024, in the middle of a microwave, the wall unit stopped working. We thought we lost power but that was not the case. We called for service. They came out checked the breaker and then told us they needed to order a new control board, and fuses. While waiting for the parts, on day 11 the unit came back on. On day 14, the new parts came in but they refused to change the parts because they cannot change parts on a “working” oven. Obviously, there is something wrong with the control board. They are a HORRIBLE company. Would NEVER purchase from them again. Here’s the kicker. They sent me an offer to buy an extended warranty.

Frigidaire you SUCK! Your sensi burners are horrible. You can’t cook food on them at all because they turn off. Is there a workaround? Is there a replacement free of charge because your company can’t make something that operates? $1000 for a stove that doesn’t work.

We purchased the stainless steel package of appliances, paying a hefty amount, when we bought our new home! The cooktop model FGER305TPFA, was so poor designed that the plastic clips holding the control panel BROKE, allowing the panel to drop out of sight! We glued it back into place but the fix only lasted a few months. It dropped out if sight again!!! But it isn’t just the cooktop. The refrigerator didn’t last but a couple of months!!!! The microwave failed. The dishwasher failed!!!!! I wouldn’t give a Frigidaire appliance to my worst enemy!!!!! I detest tge product and git good reasons!!!! The package we got had to have been REJECTS off the assembly line and Frigidaire sold them anyway. So much for an ethical company!!! I hope they go out of business. Buyer beware!!!! Their appliances are cheaply and incompetently designed and made!!!!!

Bought new fridge at Lowe's and it was installed yesterday. Model FRSS26L3AF9. Its been running for more than 12 hours now, with occasional "click" sound as though the thermostat was trying to switch off motor, but it keeps running. I registered purchase online and called their service number, but I have to wait and call back tomorrow (Monday) for their hours-of-operation. Meanwhile its costing me electricity and wearing out my brand new fridge-motor. This experience indicates extremely poor quality control and cheap plastic parts used to maximize profit margin at expense of product quality and customer experience. BRAND NEW AND BROKEN. Do not buy Frigidaire.
