They sell appliances with known thoughts, do not care about your inconvenience, give you date of technician arriving between 8am and 5pm, without even contacting the technicians, who knows nothing about your scheduled appointment when you call them and they do not reimburse you anything for spoiled food that has to be thrown away because of their faulty product...and so much more I could say about their customer service.

One word cheap! This company was chosen to furnish the apartment complex I live in that considers themselves "luxury" a term over hyped and over used in reality. In my unit which is 2 years old this building is still new. Washer in unit was out of balance and loud. Torn up. They replaced it with a used one. Didn't help it sounded like a Diesel engine every time I ran it. So they finally replaced it with a brand new one. And guess what it still sucks. The new one came from factory off balance. But it happens to be the quieter of the three so I let that go. The first dryer smelled burnt. They checked the exhaust and it wasn't clogged so they cleaned the inside. Didn't help. Still had a burnt smell. They did the same thing and replaced with a used dryer. Problem here was that used dryer had a loose metal plate inside. So it rattled like crazy. And it had a stuck roller that ended up melting and really stinky. So they got me a new one. Very low quality appliance on high I have to dry a load of laundry twice to be fully dry. The. Setting to max heat the dryer starts letting out a burnt smell . So can't use max settings. The dishwasher looks nice but it's cheap too. Motors are very loud. And it has some grinding noises that they tell me is normal. Weird. But ok. It seems to clean well so I've been dealing with the noise. The fridge sucks. It's a freeze on top fridge on bottom. The most cheapest and basic you can get. Many times the defroster doesn't work right as I see things in my freezer melt sometimes. Defrost runs a bit too long. Then changing the settings the defroster doesn't work long enough. Range is glass top and it sucks. Smells burnt when I run a cooktop on high for more than a minute. And the microwave appears to be built by GE and is the only appliance that's actually half way decent. This brand is a budget and very cheap brand. When I see "luxury" and high end I'm expecting whirlpool profile series appliances. But so far this is the third property that lies to get you to sign a lease. But this review isnt about them. It's about this company!

Frigidaire leaking drain hose: Today I called Frigidaire twice for a remedy to stop a leak from the drain hose and was told by the agent he would find out and call me back with an answer at a specific time. 20 minutes after the call was scheduled, I called back and spoke with an agent who saw no record of my previous call. I explained my problem again and if there is a solution, had he heard of the problem, etc. Without warning, I was cut off. It occurred to me that neither agent (or the same agent) was not trained for anything other than answering the phone. Clearly Frigidaire's mission is to save money by hiring overseas workers just to answer the phone and nothing else. Initially, I believed Frigidaire would not be of assistance, (I was so right) and searched online for several weeks without a solution. Would I purchase another Frigidaire product? No. If there is no one there to answer a question, why would I return?

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! IF YOU NEED WARRANTY REPAIR GET READY FOR THE ULTIMATE RUN AROUND AND JUMPING THRU HOOPS BY FRIGIDAIRE'S WARRANTY SERVICE COMPANY, CURTIS INTERNATIONAL. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A FRIGIDAIRE OR ELECTROLUX PRODUCT.

Buyer beware. We bought a brand new Frigidaire Gallery in January 2024 from Lowe’s. The freezer broke down in May. If you are considering purchasing an appliance by Frigidaire built by Electrolux at Lowe’s consider all this first. Mid August the unit is still not working after four service calls, 3 wrong parts sent, over 12 hours of service techs in our home, 20 hours on the phone with Electrolux, 5 hours on the phone with service repair, countless apologies and over 3 hours on hold. Beware Electrolux customer service is trained to say NO and will prolong the issue until the consumer is worn out or the warranty expires. Furthermore we purchased an extended warranty with Electrolux and after countless attempts Frigidaire simply refuses to make it right. After 3 months the last two calls with upper management yielded the same results… wait 7 to 10 and let yiu know what we decide. We keep getting kicked down the road. Our next step is a consumer affairs filing. If you purchase it from a retailer buy the extended warranty from them after 30 they will be unable to help you. You’ll be on your own to face the same misfortune with Frigidaire as we have. User's recommendation: Do not buy Frigidaire products.

So disappointed with Frigidaire. I purchased a refrigerator 7 months ago. I went bad. I contacted Frigidaire they referred me to Curtis International. Still waiting. Even though have done the requested information, photos, and information that has been requested. Still waiting and nothing. Ask for help with the loss of spoiled food and disposal fee. I get rejected. So who is going to give me my money back for the refrigerator, food loss and disposal fee. Horrible, horrible service. I will never purchase anything from Frigidaire again

Frigidaire's freezer lasted 3 years and I heard so sorry, but our policy only cares to fix if it is one year. So, if a customer wants to look for a good appliance do not buy firgidaire.

When my brand new air conditioner failed after just 4 weeks, Frigidaire delayed all summer long trying to find a replacement (it turns out that the line was so bad they discontinued it). They finally "authorized" a refund in autumn but their warranty only covers the purchase cost (and not the $200 I paid in sales tax and protection plan). IT GETS WORSE! They process refunds through a scam company called North Lane (does business as "mypaymentvault"). The agent there gleefully told me that because I didn't spend the funds (on the card they didn't send) within 90 days, I have forfeited the entire funds. A new A/C lasted less than a month. It cost me $776. Frigidaire doesn't care and their scam "debit card" issuer cares less. What kind of reputable company issues refunds with conditions like this, (binding the consumer to full forfeiture without consent or even knowledge)?
