2 years old. Poorly designed and cheaply manufactured. Can barely keep fridge at 40 and at times doesn't. Repair guy confirmed Frigidaire is notorious for having that problem. We have to chuck rotten food and he said live with it or replace it. Now the ice maker is making horrible noise, no longer making ice and idiotic panel light says power failure and it's plugged in.

Please reframe from buying Frigidaire products. I purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher from Home Depot and about 6 months it stopped working, doesnt drain. I called two months ago and they kept schedulling a company called (AG) ACT SERVICES VA INC, who have no customer service focus just like Frigidaire. They started visiting the dishwasher since July 14th and up to today 9/15/2026, they cannot fix the dishwasher. I tried calling their corporate office, left a message, no one called back, I sent an email to their CEO and one of their corporate representative, no one replied nor call back. This is a rental home and imagine what I am going through with the tenants. Now I am forced to start looking to buy another dishwasher and later find me a laywer because the customer service rep said they would not refund me if I buy another one to solve my tenants problem. Frigidaire has no regard for their customers. They sell broken appliance and don't care about how the customer feels. DO NOT BUY THEIR STUFF!!!

WHAT A PIECE OF GARBAGE. FRIGIDAIRE Refrigerators do not buy any of their appliances.especially the fridges cheap cheap cheap. made like crap. inside design is horrible, no space for anything. cheap plastic door shelves so narrow small and awful. this was a 988.00 to 1,199.00 dollar fridge? are you kidding me? brand new and freezer never got anything frozen. but oh they have to put a computer in it? we dont need that or want that. try making a decent quality fridge instead Frigidaire. hate all of these people trying to put computers in everything now. what a joke. something i detest. im returning this garbage. im so worried now since companies have lost their minds making and giving us crap like this and charging an arm and a leg for it. shame on all of them. i dont know if ill ever be able now to get a quality simple fridge. this whole industry has gone to the birds. shame on Frigidaire.

Purchased a portable a/c for our BR. Worked fine for 6 weeks, then, no cold air would come out. Have spent 2weeks now filling a warranty claim form with the company, they keep suspending or delaying giving me issues with receipt etc. I purchased thru Amazon canonly send them a .jpg of the order when placed showing Order #, the type of payment, purchase priced, and when item delivered. Still, they have some issue on their end. Avoid either this product or company all together

I made a Big mistake when I purchased a refrigerator from Frigidaire ALL I HAD T DO WAS DO SOME HOME WORK AND CHECK THIER REVIEWS and I would not have bought A from FRIGIDAIRE ... their reviews REAL REAL BAD>>>>MY BAG

My lesson to you - Only buy a Frigidaire refrigerator at a price so cheap that you won't mind throwing it out when it fails. NEVER ask the company to fix it. They'd sell you some more products that wouldn't work either. Our $1k fridge failed 18 months after purchase. When I contacted Frigidaire, they sold us a "fixed price repair" for $382. An Appliance Service Center technician visited and said he needed to order part. After 6 days of him never returned, we checked the ticket online and saw that our work order has been updated to "completed" and the commented said that the warranty was voided due to flies and cockroaches at the site. We are 82-year-old disabled couples who have lived with a broken fridge for over a week when the tech showed up. The spoiled foods and insects were the result of the fridge failure, not the cause of it. We called an independent repairman and his assessment was that they denied the claim because this is a major failure and they'd lose money fixing it. They didn't voluntarily refund me either. After another 2.5 hour chat with Customer Service, they decided to refund me partially. There was no confirmation or paperwork; the rep just said an unknown amount will show in your bank account in a few days. This is a lesson that should only be learned once and I already did. So take it and save yourself time and $$ from this irresponsible company.

Dear future Frigidaire customer, unless you want a fridge that doesn't last a week don't buy a fridge from this company! and if you do venture into these waters good luck getting it fixed if you don't live in a major city. Our purchase of Model #: FRSS2623AW was delivered and within a week the noise coming from this appliance was almost unbearable measuring 50 Db, you heard that right 50! conversation measures 30 Db, research has shown this issue is quite common with this side by side refrigerator by Frigidaire. Calling their service department it was explained to me that this noise was normal......WHAT! Well eventually the noise subsided but only because the fan making the noise died (a horrible death I might add) and with the noise gone the fridge no longer functioned as designed. First the ice in the icemaker melted and provided us with a large puddle of water on our kitchen floor and all the frozen food on the upper section of the freezer thawed and on the fridge side everything in the vegetable storage bin froze. Then we get into the request for service to fix the fridge, what a joke, we live about 25 minutes away from a large city (where we purchased this appliance) and Frigidaire tells me that they don't have a technician in my area to fix the fridge and they have to find someone to arrange a service call, this will take up to 5 business days,,,,, you read that right five days and this less than a month old appliance is working anymore. So if you are so inclined to roll the dice and purchase one of these ill conceived appliances make sure you at least live in a major municipality so you might have a chance to have it serviced when it dies, and it will die! Do your homework, I should have, had I I would have never purchased this total POS!!!! I am still waiting for a response from Frigidaire for service 6 business days which is completely unacceptable in my opinion.
