The worst product and the worst customer service experience presented by the company called (Electrolux) who owns the Frigidaire company and very dangerous product, I purchased Frigidaire gallery Range model #(GCRE306CAFG ) and in 2 years the relay caught on fire two times, and when I contacted the manufacturer (Electrolux) they played the game of cat and mouse, there was over 30 emails went back and forth and I will share the names of some of them (Christian , Yves , Cynthia , Darl , Ed Daniel , Nicaise , Charles , Martin )and many more, but no resolution promises promises, and empty promises and lies, they gave me order number for parts and I didn’t received anything, and the relay board cost over $600 not including the installation they forced you to purchase a new one , I will attach the pictures of the relay board and if you want to have the same problem as me and so many other go head and support their cheap product and lousy customer service, I will not recommend them to anyone and I will tell everyone about it.

191 days ago frigidaire had my ac/heat unit picked up because the unit went totally out for the second time-everytime i call im told to wait 7 to 10 days longer-customer care doesnt care whether you have cold or heat-so i have a hole in my wall with no unit in it, an extended warranty that i paid my good money for and no results

When a company only offers a 1 yr warranty and then proceeds to care less about their customers that should tell you everything you need to know. Top of the line fridge for price, bottom of the barrel for product quality.

Garbage Product and Garbage warranty service. Refer/freezer model FRSS2623A $1,200.00 First one delivered the water in door was not connected at factory and flooded the electronics in the door shorting it out. Appliance store had to delver another one. Then, seal on water filter failed. Then ice maker failed. Then refer side etherfreezed foods and exploded soda pop cans al over inside or to was not refrigerating at all. Extended warranty cost $590.00 and warranty serve is terrible too. Wait more then one hour on phone and /or use chatbot that is a mess.

I bought 3 Frigiidaire products.1) Frigidaire refrigertor-food was freezing that was stored in the back of the refrgerator. Mannys Appliance, Leominster-came 3 times to replace parts. Last repair may have fixed problem but I only have one month left on 1st warranty-after that I will be stuck payong for repairs. I am nervous about this fact and upset because Fridge was not replaced immediately because I did spend $1900 on item. 2) Bought Electrolux washer. When washer was on spin dry I could not hear anyone if they tried to talk to me it was so loud. Pluse there was a tapping noise during the spin. Mannys again sent someone and replaced several parts. Washer is quiter but still loud-npot happy with product especially after spending $900 .3) bought Electrolux drying. Dryer made loud tapping noise as the drum turned. Mannys replaced Dryer. I cannot believe all 3 Frigidaire items needed repairs during first year of operation

It took eight (8) weeks to replace the oven drawer of our new Frigidaire Range. This effort required numerous Chats, emails and phone calls; I'm sure all of Frigidaire customers have this amount of time to waste on a simple repair, and in the end all we got was an AI generate apology. We received a Home Depot delivery of a defective Frigidaire Range on Friday, September, 27, 2024. The first time the drawer below the oven unit was opened the right hand rail fell off the unit; we also found the two screws securing the face plate to the drawer body are stripped and wobble in place. On Monday, Set. 30, 2024, I completed a Chat with Home Depot customer who reported the purchase was outside their 48 hr. warranty window and was told to call the Frigidaire Corporation, their Chat immediately told me to call Home Depot. I forced the issue on a second Frigidaire Chat who required pictures of the defective drawer and the purchase and delivery receipts, all were provided the same day. Frigidaire's Customer Service has sent an incorrect part for me to repair the $1118 Range. Recently, I have been offered a technician to REVIEW the defect six weeks after initial purchase.

Can you give ZERO stars? Why can't you give ZERO stars? You want to purchase an appliance? You've been warned... DO NOT PURCHASE A FRIGIDAIRE FRIDGE!! Absolute joke of an appliance!! They have MULTIPLE defects that all cause them to fail within a few years and despite Frigidaire KNOWING about these issues/defects...they REFUSE to take responsibility to them and their customer service is not only a bunch of incompetent idiots who are impossible to understand...they will also LIE to you over the phone...just to get you off the phone...and then not follow through on what they promise and then the next time you call the next person will tell you they can't do that...so you will waste HOURS of your time on the phone and get NO WHERE... PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE BUT A FRIGIDAIRE APPLIANCE...

Bought a Frigidaire microwave. Quit working the third time it was used, slow to heat from the start. Called Frigidaire and they lied and told my wife they would replace it, but a tach had to come out first. Tech came out and Frigid aire wont replace. Poor product and poor customer service.
