DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE! Their service sucks. Since Lowe's doesn't allow their products to be properly reviewed. And I can't review the Frigidaire fridge, I'll just review store as whole. Bought a complete Frigidaire kitchen set this year, with Lowe's 5 year protection. $1700 fridge completely dead at 7 months. Still under warranty so obviously not Lowe's problem. Call Frigidaire, Nov 13th, 1st time they had first repair company call me and say they can't even send someone to my house until Dec5, which is completely unacceptable. 2nd call, they get hold of local repair shop, they come out next day, Nov 14th, Say all my boards need swapped. They'll find and order them. Been in touch with them on weekly basis. They still have no parts sent from Frigidaire(Electrolux). And have no idea. WTF, If I provided roof warranties like this, "sorry sir, your roofs leaking in your house, I'll be out in a month or 2 to fix it", I'd lose all my business. Meanwhile, it's Dec 8th, and my wife and kids are eating out of coolers, that I have to keep filled with ice. DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE! Their service sucks. At this point, I'm tempted to even not support Lowe's anymore.

Bought a Fridge on Nov.20, told that I would get it delivered in 2 weeks ( Dec.3) at The Brick. Day before delivery date, changes to Dec.15. I try to get answers at The Brick, they tell me all kinds of Special delivery, problem at the port, etc.. I call myself for answers at Frigidaire, got transferred 5 times, for someone to tell me that the only person who can call on my behalf is the store. I call back The Brick, and they say they can't call for an update. So far, not impressed. I've had 2 LG fridges die in 9 years, so that's why the switch to try something new, and so far Fridgidaore and The Brick will probably get a quick change when I'm looking for new appliances the next time around. Received a call this afternoon that the fridge has arrived, and will be delivered on Sunday. Fine, but not impressed on this long for a fridge.

Never order anything online with Frigidaire - total idiots! I am supposed to have my delivery/install tomorrow and have not heard one word from them. Spent 2 hrs on the phone hunting down the delivery information because trying to track it online took me down a dark hole - that only told me that my account did not exist. Nothing like being left on hold for 30 minutes. So annoying!!! I do not like Home Depot but looks like that is my only choice. I think I will be calling AMEX and doing a reverse of charges and telling Frigidaire to forget the order. Totally ridiculous!

I brought a airfryer from sam club the handle became loose so I contacted them thru their number it went to voicemail for 4 months then I email them no response please note I had a 1 year warranty that goes at in may 2024 still no response. They finally email me 2 month after warranty expires and tell me oh we can't help you you airfryer is warranty has expires. They are some rude liar I will never buy anything from them again

A Completely Stupid Feature That Shouldn’t Exist I purchased the Frigidaire FRFG1813AV fridge, and it arrived stuck in demo mode. There were zero instructions on how to disable it, and after hours of trying everything, I’m still stuck with this useless mode. Whoever decided to set this up clearly prioritized sales over customer experience. If they had actually bought one and dealt with this mess themselves, they’d understand the headache it causes. Demo mode should never be activated on a consumer product—especially with no clear way to turn it off. This is an absolutely ridiculous oversight.

Bought my refrigerator online big mistake the shelves on inside are all made of cheap plastic all have broken only had it 8 months called about my warranty guess what doesn't cover the inside never buy another one.

Garbage product and garbage warranty. I've been waiting a month for repair and now I have to wait another 3 weeks for someone to repair dishwasher. I have been scheduled more than 10X. One repairman carrying the part and different repairman being scheduled. Back office is a joke.This experience is ongoing

I purchased an upright freezer in November 2023. It's been repaired 4 times. Today was the 4th service call. My 1 year manufacturing warranty ran out today. I was informed that if I wanted them to continue repairing it I would have to purchase a new warranty. I responded by asking them well you never completed the first three repairs seeing that it goes out every 2 or 3 months. What sense does that make. I told them it's a lemon and I've already lost about $700 in food from the last 3 repairs and with this track record it will continue. After addressing me about it being a lemon they says that can only happens if the repair guy says it's unrepairable. The guy just left and told me he's ordering parts to come back and repair. 4 times in one year? Give me a break. The Refrigidair company is running the company like shysters in a con game. Warning to all potential customers. They are not honorable and I would suggest you deal with another brand. The freezer I had before this purchase ran for 30 years with NEVER once having a repair. The repair guy is ordering parts once again to put a bandaid on a lemon really?
