Horrible experience with this microwave. After 2 months it stopped heating. Everything works except the heating. Called for warranty repair and got a date for the technician to come repair. But the technician was a no-show. Never heard back from them. No reschedule- NOTHING. So called again and got a work order number with a phone number to call to set up a repair date. Called the number and got a recording that said they were open only 2 & 1/2 days a week. So, left a message for them to call me. I have yet to hear back. $400 + dollar microwave that is now useless.

I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator in September 2024 and now six months later it is completely stopped working. It’s under Warranty, so Frigidaire should repair the product. They offered to send a repair person over a week from now which would mean all of my food would go bad and I would be without a refrigerator for over a weeks time. I found it necessary to hire an independent repair person to fix the problem and I am shocked at how little concern Frigidaire has for customers when they sell them a faulty product. I would not recommend this brand to anyone I cared about as they’re unreliable, both the product and the service behind it - highly highly disappointed.

If I could give them a zero I would! Bought several refrigerators for rental properties. There was a pretty bad flaw with their drawers and a few of them got broken! Called to order replacements, gave the customer service rep. the serial numbers and was told they were on back order. Fast forward almost 4 months later I received the completely wrong drawers that don’t even go with the refrigerators, so I called back to see what the deal was. Apparently they put in the wrong serial number and shipped the wrong drawers. I was originally told that I had to pay for shipping to send them back and then express how displeased I was about the whole situation and having to pay for their employee's incompetence. After being put on hold while they talked to their supervisor, I was told that we could just keep the worthless drawers that did not fit and that the previous money spent would be credited to the correct drawers and I would only be responsible for any difference in price and the shipping of the new drawers. I was told they were going to have to process everything and I should hear back with 48 on a confirmation. 72 hours later, still no response so I called back again. Then was told that they put in the incorrect serial number again and need the correct info to process. Then I was told that I would have to pay to ship back the incorrect ones and shipping insurance and that the correct ones were on back order as well! This company is very poorly managed and customer service is a joke. If I could give anyone advice, go with another brand because this company is a nightmare to deal with and very incompetent customer service reps!

Purchased a $1500 Frigidaire (model FLCE7522AW3) laundry center 06.03.22 from American Freight, DIED 03.01.25. Screeching broken sealed gear transmission requires extensive repairs and parts replacements, told its not worth repairing!! TWO YEARS OF USE!! THROWAWAY

This was a terrible customer experience with potentially dangerous repercussions to my mother's safety. I made use of the chat box to confirm prior to ordering that the door could be made left hinge at the time of installation before ordering. I entered that request in the additional request box and I even confirmed with a speaking agent the monday before delivery that they had that information on file (during that call i also added the request for a Certificate of insurance) . I called again the day before delivery to ensure there was no isssue as i had not received the COI by email and they confirmed both requests would be honored. On delivery date , they didn't have the COI and they left the refrigerator right hinged at a significant safety risk to my elderly mother who, because of the narrow kitchen, now gets trapped every time she opens the door. I immediately called the service department asking for them to send someone with a repair kit, even willing to pay for it. I was told there was nothing they could or would do. Now I have to find an alternative solution and risk my mom getting injured or being unable to use the refrigerator until i do.

Cooktop tried to burn down our house two separate times due to internal components. Frigidaire has refused to stand behind there product.

I purchased an window A/C/heater in April of 2024. In January of 2024 the unit failed and nearly burned down my home (prevented only from the breaker tripping). I had to pay an electrician to replaced the melted outlet. We filed a claim under the 1 year warranty and a repairman came to our home and verified that the unit had malfunctioned and could not be repaired. We have now made three additional calls to Frigidaire to attempt to get the unit replaced and each time we are told "it's coming". Several weeks have passed and nothing has come.

Purchased $1300 dollar professional microwave oven in October 2024. January 2025, the oven blew my 20 amp breaker and the main house breaker for a total darkness. First repair guy that they sent us. Had no clue how to fix it. 2nd guy showed up a week later and he fixed the issue. A week later, the oven stopped heating up the food. Advise, stay away from this brand. When you call to report issues, the first they will offer is an extended warranty. Kind of like they know their company sells piece of junk appliances.
