Purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher from Lowe's. The top control panel cracked and the dishwasher does not work. I had to tape it for it to temporarily work. This item is only 2years old. The sprayer on the bottom never worked properly. Kept getting stuck on metal bottom so I needed to keep fixing it. Now I have a dishwasher that will turn on, but not work. I've had Lowe's come out and told me that I broke it intentionally and they won't fix it. Called Frigidaire and said I could have paid for their extended warranty (they only give you 1year). I was never given that option from Lowe's I recently had a service technician come fix a refrigerator and said that this should definitely be covered. So.... Now I have a stinky dishwasher in my kitchen that does not work. I recently purchased an air conditioner and dehumidifier from Frigidaire. I'm hoping I don't have additional problems with these items.

Try to reach the customer service manager or supervisor it was like pulling teeth from King Kong!!! The rep that I dealt with his name was LJ. Very rude. I asked him to connect me with a supervisor or manager. He said okay. Then he said no one's available in the same conversation. Explain to him that the company that Frigidaire uses out where I am located in California was very far away from us. Even though there are local companies available. I suppose Frigidaire uses this company because they're real cheap. They are horrible. Try to get them to fix my brand new refrigerator when they promised, by June 16th, that didn't happen. I wanted to talk to the supervisor to suggest three other companies in the area. It is my right as a customer to be able to use another appliance repair company. Even though the service company that I wanted to use, there are actually two of them, is only 30 to 45 minutes away, they wanted me to use the one that they have which is about 4 hours away. They only come in my area one day a week. Very sad. Frigidaire used to be a brand new can trust well-made products overall. Sad but true. Before you buy anything whether it's frigidaire, whirlpool, Samsung whoever find out what their process is for customer service Appliance services. You may choose another company to purchase their product if they are unfortunately like this. Overall experience was for you there has been horrible. I have written many reviews on google. Most of them are good reviews. Positive reinforcement for the companies. Unfortunately this is one of my bad ones. I was a professional writer for many years. You should have an option for no or negative stars Frigidaire deserves nothing but negative stars. Customer service does not exist, they have charged me for parts and labor for repairs needed on my refrigerator for 4 weeks now Have not received the parts yet and customer service can not even trace the order for parts Never buy anything bearing Frigidaire name.

We purchased a brand new frigidaire refrigerator that has never worked. Twice, a repairman was sent out, and finally, it was determined that the brand-new fridge was not repairable. After weeks without a fridge they told us it would be 5 to 10 business days for frigidaire to decide what they were going to do about it. We are still waiting.

I deeply regret purchasing a Frigidaire range. The glass door shattered unexpectedly (TWICE in less than one year), and what followed was an absolute nightmare. We had to wait for a technician to come out just to diagnose the issue, only to be told afterward that we’d have to wait another 10 days for the part to arrive. That’s completely unacceptable for a major appliance that should be built to last. To make things worse, Frigidaire’s customer service has been unhelpful, unresponsive, and honestly, just awful. There was no sense of urgency or accountability. It's clear they do not stand behind their products or care about their customers. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I will never buy another Frigidaire product again, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. My 6 month old fridge completely died. I saved up for months just to buy a fridge for my new home. I had lost everything and started from scratch. The appliances were a big deal to me since I never got to buy my own. As a single parent (and social worker. You can imagine I work a lot for little pay), it was devastating to lose all my groceries I had just bought. I had two experiences with my fridge becoming a heater and breaking - both the same company. They’re awful. Please save yourself a headache. I called about my warranty and they refused to send a part or even fix it! Another company heard my woes and sent me a new fridge. I’ll never forget the next company correcting for Frigidaire. It restored my faith in humanity. Shame on Frigidaire. The person I had spoken to in chat was extremely rude as well and refused to escalate me to a manager, all I had wanted was the part sent. I already had a repair man willing to do the work. They would’ve lost 47.00 just to correct a mistake in their fridge that was faulty. Now, they’ll lose customers. I’ve gone as far as to save up to get rid of my Frigidaire dish washer next.

I had a mail in rebate for $100 after purchasing a Frigidaire gallery fridge. I was able to fill out the rebate online and it stated I will get an email confirmation Saying it’s being processed. I never did receive anything email so I called in and after 20 min on hold the person I talked to had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and didn’t know anything about the rebate. She put me on hold and I never did get connected to anyone. I tried calling back a couple times after with an unrealistic wait time. Finally today( about 1 month after ) I called back and was able to talk to someone but I wish I didn’t. He asked what I was calling about and I explained to him the rebate. He also didn’t know about it and asked why I didn’t check for my rebate online. I explained I tried but it wouldn’t recognize my reference number. He was very ignorant sighing like I was bothering him and laughing in a mocking way. It was so noisy on the background with other people talking and laughing I could barely hear him. He finally found my information and said the rebate is on hold because there was not a physical adress on the information and only a box number. I asked why nobody contacted me to tell me that as initially they had only asked for a box number. He responded how should I know. I asked to talk to the manager and he put me on hold and it eventually disconnected. I never did get an answer and probably won’t get the rebate. It’s not even about the money it’s about that person who actually still has a job there. Pathetic

We bought a Frigidaire appliance package for our new condominium in Wisconsin. Because there was a delay in installation due to extended construction time, there was only 3 months left on the warranty by the time it was installed. We only used it June through August when we left for Florida. We were back in December and used it about 5 times then it died. I called about a repair. Too bad. Out of warranty. A repairman told us that it needed a new fuse. I looked it up and the faulty fuse is a very common problem with this model. Frigidaire finally agreed to look at it and that repairman said it needed a new motherboard. (At this point the microwave had been used no more than 100 times.). Frigidaire said that they would fix it. After over 15 phone calls, Frigidaire said that they were going to call us in April to set up a time to fix it in May. 5 months after I first contacted them. I just called (5/6) to ask when they were coming, and customer service said that they had no record of my problem. I will NEVER buy another Frigidaire product. We just replaced our 15 year old GE microwave in Florida. The new GE was half the cost of the Frigidaire and I am hoping for another 15 years of service. I am headed out to buy a new GE for our up north condo.
