Extremely disappointed with Frigidaire customer service. I bought a new fridge (Model GRFN2853AF4) from Home Depot in August 2024, and the ice maker stopped working in less than six months. I’ve contacted their warranty department three times and waited on the phone for nearly an hour each time, with no resolution. No technician, no callback, nothing. If you're considering buying Frigidaire, think twice. Their after-sales service is non-existent. I will escalate this through consumer protection if they continue to ignore me.

My Frigidaire frig model FPRU19F8WF3 is an absolutely terrible product that only lasted 2 and a half years before having a sealed system refrigerant failure ( which is not repairable) and being shipped to landfill. Frigidaire service level was even worse than their product and I will never buy a Frigidaire or Electrolux appliance ever again.

My two year old dehumidifier is not working properly. I did everything that the user guide advised. Cleaned the filter, checked the room temperature, assured the air circulation. It still was giving an error code of EC. The user guide advised to unplug the unit and plug it back in. I am doing that 6 times a day. I called Fridgidaire. After a 28 minute wait, I spoke to someone who read the user guide back to me. That took another 18 minutes. I asked what EC indicated. Eventually, he said ’sealed system’ but could not tell me what that means. I asked for a supervisor. He put me through to ‘escalation’. No one answered. He had given me the name Transglobal Service. I called, they said they do not do dehumidifers. I went back to the Fridgidair site to write to them. There is no place to write - just the phone number I had just used. After the phone call, there was a site to review the customer service - linked me to nothing, an invalid address. Again, this is a 2 year old appliance. This is not satisfactory. So, I am sharing this with others.

I am going to throw this stove in the street, customer service is on some other side of the world and barely connected to their tech’s who I feel bad for cleaning up the mess of poorly made products for poorly run company. I will never ever ever buy anything from this company again. Hours wasted on customer service who could care less and are hearing complaints from 2 other ex customers at the same time. I’d rather cook w fire in the backyard than ever cook on this worthless stove again. Run away from Frigidare and never look back.

This review is for "Frigidaire 5304507200 Door Gasket for Freezers, White” purchased on Amazon. When I received this product, the lower left corner of the gasket seemed to have been melted into a wad (see attached photo...oh, this service does not support photo attachments). It still seemed to work and was needed immediately to preserve hundreds of dollars of frozen food. So I left it in place. However, after only 10 months it failed (leaks causing ice buildup and an appliance alarm). Unhappily (and unbelievably), when I contacted Frigidaire I discovered that their parts warranties are based on the warranty status of the appliance (expired in my case), not on the purchased part product. I asked them to reconsider and sent the photo of what I had received. The support rep promised a return call the next day which never came. I called them again and they simply said no replacement would be sent. Furthermore, I was told that parts purchased are not warrantied! To say I was surprised and very disappointed at Frigidaire's responses would be an understatement. As reported by many others here, Frigidaire customer service is terrible!

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution and communication regarding my dryer, which stopped functioning just two weeks after I moved into my new home. On May 19, I initiated contact with Frigidaire, and a technician was dispatched on May 20. The technician confirmed that the motor was the failed component and advised that a replacement request would be submitted due to the part being unavailable. Since then, I've made multiple follow-up calls: Mid-June: Discovered no request had been submitted Was told a new request would be submitted and to follow up in 10 days 10 days later: Request was finally submitted, but no further action has been taken Despite being told after each call that I’d receive email updates, I have not received any communication from Electrolux other than the initial scheduling of the service visit.

NIGHTMARE with their customer service This is the first time I bought a microwave from them and it will be my last time. Their customer service is not exist. I don't think I ever deal with anything caused me stressful just because they can not find an issue for my installation which I already paid. The delivery team is nightmare. They don't know how to schedule for delivery, they will not communicate with you instead they delivery anytime they want. BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE

I have ordered Frigidaire replacement water filters several times with no problem. I ordered a new one almost a month ago. The check was cashed 3 weeks ago. When I called to find out why I hadn't received the filter, the rep said they had to research if the payment was actually made. He gave me a case # and said to call back in 3 days. I waited 4 days and called. The rep still couldn't tell me anything and said they were still checking on whether I made the payment! I can see the cancelled check in my account, which occurred 3 weeks ago. I told her I wanted the filter sent out today and she said they can't. I asked for a supervisor. I was on hold for 15 minutes and no one came on the line. I would like my $43.73 refunded because I'll buy the filter at Home Depot. Will never buy Frigidaire again due to their ridiculous lack of customer service.
