Not sure what to think
Not sure what to think. We bought the whole Frigidaire Gallery appliance suite for our kitchen in 2018: beautiful appliances with no issues for three years. We moved, and they were all in working order for the next owner of the house. We have a new home now and had to replace all of the kitchen appliances due to them not working. Again, we purchased the Frigidaire Gallery appliance suite. The refrigerator looks like it got dropped off the forklift or truck. The doors are misaligned; fridge door is dented. Freezer door doesn't seal properly, so condensation on the outside. You call Frigidaire customer service and they're okay, but they give you an appointment date that doesn't align with the local authorized repair company's schedule. Then the repair company tells you that you have to pay $150/hour for an extra technician to replace the door, because that repair takes two. (One technician is free under the warranty.) Really? We didn't cause this. Every night the ice maker is louder and louder, so we'll see how that goes. We'd go ahead and buy a new refrigerator in another brand, but it takes a long time to get one. We still may do that. Also, the range drawer is messed up. New parts have been ordered and most of them are here, but it's been months. Also, one of the front legs on the range was bent. The installers saw this and just left it. Again, it's like it was dropped at some point. Not sure if it was Frigidaire or the place where I bought it. The installers knew this and just walked away. Still, it's under warranty, so fix it. As to our future with Frigidaire, it's a big no.
