Good work helping Carlos thank you

This was an unfortunate experience from start to finish, and Jenny Smith was rude, disruptive, and withheld the e-ticket and was demanding I leave a review before I received the ticket. The only positive is that we did get a ticket at double the price than was quoted. Jenny called over a dozen times in an hour even after I asked her to stop calling me. Avoid this agency at all costs. Avoid avoid avoid.

Buen servicio Andrés vuelo economico

Very good, experienced

By this means, I want to highlight the wonderful attention that Mr. Simon gave me. His quality of customer service was out of this world. His kindness and courtesy led me to make the decision to always want to be your client and recommend new clients. I appreciate all the help provided by Mr. Simon. Sincerely, Lennice Bermudez
