My agent Mario was very helpful getting me a last minute flight within my price range. Very helpful. Will definitely use again

Muy buen servicio Andrés Gracias por tu ayuda

Simon lied about the cost of the flights and luggage. After booking a round trip flight double what is charged normally. Then I get screwed on paying for luggage. $210 to check to bags is crazy. Don’t use this service unless you want to be scammed aand lied to. If I could give no stars I would.

Excelente servicio por parte de Mario, respondió todas mis dudas y estuvo al pendiente en cada paso de mi vuelo, es una trabajador estrella, espero tener nuevamente el servicio así de elegante

Great price. Thanks to my agent Simon, he was very helpful. It did take a min, but I'm happy I used FriendzTravel. I will use them again.

Good advisor Mario

I made a reservation and confirmed by pushing the confirm button. The computer told me that it was pending. I called and spoke to Simon who told me the flight had no more seats at the $94.18 price. He offered me the same flight at $134.98. After pondering the situation, I accepted it. The Indian CSR, “Simon” was kind and helped me through their unusual process.

He was very patient and understanding!
