Great service

The company said the flight was fully booked but then tried to charge me triple to buy the same tickets. They advertised one price and was very rude on the phone. Then they tried to harass me and bully me into booking a ticket for a child. They never sent a confirmation email, and the rep said it would take over 24 hrs to contact me. Do not use them not worth the hassel.

Friendz travel agency! Following a bad review about the above travel agency, I kept calling and sending and receiving emails from them, each time they made it worse and put more pressure on me, not cooperating at all, they behaved I can say no better than scammers! Each time they asked for a lot of charges(penalty)for changing or cancelling the flight, which I have the proof on my emails that they mentioned nothing in 1st date of issuing E-ticket! I regret that I went on google,trying to go on emirate airline direct, then I realised Google had sent me to this agency’s website! It is hard to know what sites or who we can trust nowadays! They have deducted almost 1/2 what I paid originally £706.31, and claiming the would refund my bank within 10-14 weeks!!! This is the 1st time ever I heard such a thing,we have to be very careful with travel agencies like the one in question!who represents airlines like Emirates.

I needed a last Minute Same Day flight and the prices was around $400 and Fred was able to get me in Same Day for Half The Price . Great Customer Service will definitely use them again .

I came to las vegas nevada jail to pick my friend up we ended up staying longer so we went into the money that we needed we call and he saved us even though we had a 22hr delay it was better than waiting on the streets JENNY SMITH THANKS ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!
