Thank you for sharing your experience and taking the time to provide feedback. We understand how frustrating it must be to go through two-factor authentication (2FA) repeatedly, especially when you’re consistently using the same device and browser. The "Remember Me" feature for our Digital Banking 2FA relies on cookies stored in your browser. Here are a few things that might help resolve the issue: 1. Enable Cookies: Ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser settings. This is crucial for the system to remember your device. 2. Check Browser Settings: If your browser is set to clear cookies and cache automatically when you close it, this could be causing the system to forget your device. Adjusting this setting should help. 3. Other Factors: Certain updates or changes to your browser or operating system might also impact the "Remember Me" feature. We genuinely want to make this process smoother for you and are here to help. If you’ve already reviewed these settings or continue to experience issues, please let us know by calling us at 812-667-5101 and asking for Jill so we can investigate further. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re committed to ensuring your experience is as seamless as possible. Thank you for your patience, and please don’t hesitate to reach out with any further concerns.
