i have a stoma so bought the very stretchy high waisted boyfriend jeans! sounds perfect for my needs! OMG theres hardly any stretch, dont even reach my belly button and theres no button hole! the quality of denim is very rough not soft denim like advertised, Aftersales is shocking telling me return is expensive and now not even offering me to return! telling me to shove scissors in and cut the hole myself!! i told them its false advertising and there not suitable!! still fighting with a computer!! Absolutely shocking behaviour stay away!!!

Disgusting unlawful company:-( I ordered their Tummy Control Distressed Cuffed Boyfriend Jeans × 2 Light Wash/Petite/L/UK 12-14 &16-18 & Tummy Control Distressed Cuffed Boyfriend Jeans × 2 Dark Wash/Petite/L/UK 12-14 16-18 They arrived a month after ordering. Poor quality, not tummy control at all, and Dark Wash arrived in the same size twice. On there website returns are advertised as valid otherwise I would of never of ordered from them:-( Customer service team who clearly are bo@#ks are pretending that isn't the case and offering me £6 in compensation and asking me to keep them...I don't think so! I will not give up..but I feel it will be a losing battle...

I ordered 4 leaf panel garden fence on face book which looked cpmparable to the 6ft x4ft sold in BQ.I was eventuall informed thet were being shipped from USA the only efficient part of the operation was the package tracking.Package arrived some weeks after ordering....I was horrified at the small size of it On opening the 4 panels sent would have covered one of what was advertised have only taken one out of packet one back bar broken /the faux leaves are rubbish not even up to pound shop standard.As yet I have not contacted them about return am not holding my breath.BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The items were nothing like advertised. Alot smaller. Took 5 weeks to be delivered. Couldn't get in touch with them so I went through eBay and they got straight back to me. When I went back on their site my AVG kept saying SCAM ALERT. Wouldn't use again.

Item ordered did not arrive. They would not replace or refund and told ME to contact the company who provided the shipping!!! I was given a date and a time when it was delivered. My door camera shows no attempt at delivery for that whole day. Shocking service

Scammers sell rubbish and lie about description

Do not order from this company. The products are not good quality, and despite having a returns policy on their website and having a UK address on the shipping, they do not want to accept returns. They just keep saying they sent the correct items so if they're no good to me I could give them away. Now offered £4 to keep items I paid over £40 for telling me this was better because return postage is going up be very expensive. If I return to their UK address they just won't refund me, but so far they won't give me the actual return address (which I assume is in China or something).

BEWARE! Be careful about ordering any expandable private fencing from Ads currently being shown on Facebook. They look really good, have great reviews and are massively cheaper than UK products usually bought in Garden Centres and B&Q. I ordered and paid for seven only to find the product was coming from Carson City, USA. I recieved a receipt and tracking number keeping me informed and 3 weeks later my package arrived. The ones advertised were the same size as the Garden Centre/B&Q ones ie approx 6ft wide 4ft deep. The seven I received were so small (0-15cm) they wouldn't cover that size (6ftx4ft) using all seven put together... They looked something you would buy in Poundland... Feeling ripped off I contacted their support team only to find that I have to return them to....wait for it...CHINA!... Not only that, I have to pay for any returns and they will only refund me when they receive the goods... These Ads are being plastered all over Facebook so be careful. Friendenjoy.com are the Company who takes your orders then leaves you stranded. BEWARE!
