I feel 1 star is too generous. Wish I'd read reviews for this company before ordering floral lights. Ordered early September to find out even though says based in UK items being shipped from US. Tracker had both orders in the UK 13/10/24 one being noted London the other Oxford. Emailed for update to be given another tracker saying being shipped from China 18/10/24 and the other tracker was an error and to 'be patient'! Also money taking from account is more that on the order confirmation. Do not use this company if from the UK as from other posts items don't arrive but they take your money and a bit extra!

Do not use this fake company ordered light up letter with flowers in beginning of September even after numerous emails still no parcel they just keep sending fake shipping updates

5 weeks still no delivery. Now saying they don't know where it is. Scam company

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! when you order it says U.K. based then I found item supposedly shipped from USA . Tried to charge me VAT have waited 6 weeks for order to arrive . Sent 5 messages not one answer . Total scammers

Scam avoid,avoid,I paid for two light up letters with flowers,this was 6/09/24 after emailing them they wrote "be patient " what a joke. I will never buy anything through Facebook again.

Do not use this company I’ve been waiting a month for my order and the emails I’ve been sent just tell me to be patient don’t think it will arrive I’m sure it’s a scam

This 'company' does not share at the outset they are overseas. I ordered 1 item,a floral light up letter for a gift ,and it has now been 5 weeks,and still nothing. Their contact just keeps telling you to wait,the shipping can depend on the weather etc,ridiculous statements, and that I have to be patient. I've given up waiting, avoid at all costs,they have zero customer care. Don't give this company money,you will have nothing in return!! Beware,scam.

This is not so much of a review but a question. My mum saw this website on Facebook for 2 floral night lights and as she doesn’t do online shopping I ordered them for her, I only ordered on Monday so am not expecting them yet however I didn’t realise they were based from what appears to be America. However now I am seeing a lot of reviews saying this is a scam company and you do not receive what you ordered if you get it at all and the emails for tracking my delivery are titled support. Should I now be worried that I won’t receive anything or has anyone experienced the same issues
