Although I’ve not yet received my item yet, expecting tomorrow,so can’t comment on the actual product I did have a querie regarding being charged a different price on my pay pal to the actual invoice. I emailed the enquiry line and within 2 minutes and had a reply and an apology and the very next day the refund was in my bank. Can’t be fairer than that.

Ordered a seed calendar, looked very nicely packaged with a little stand and instructions in a lovely box. All I received was the Calendar in a bag. No box stand or instuctions. Requested that they sent me what I had orderd. They offered me £3 as good will. Told them this is not acceptable. Getting nowhere. Just have to write this is off. Avoid this company.

I submitted a review but I had forgotten to give reference number. Trust pilot returned it via their system I gave the reference number and my name, but I forgot I had placed the order under a different email address, so here is the relevant answers:- Reference number 29758M239046. I only recived them yesterday and the first planting is not until January the card. Calendar it much bigger then I thought they would be so very excited to get the first lot out in January thank you

The cards look lovely but I wanted them as a gift for someone so was disappointed that they weren’t in the box which is shown in your advert. Your advert clearly shows a box for the cards which wasn’t included and no instructions were included either. Misleading advertisement.

The seed calendar is a great idea. It would be nice if instructions could be included in the future.
