Ordered received in time but what a disappointment! Four dead flowers in resin. Complained about the poor quality. Would only give £4.00 refund. Do not order from this company…

Based on Facebook I ordered 4 Xmas garlands. What i received was a load of plastic *rap and nothing like advertised. Problem is how do I get a refund of £40. I've had no email response. Do not use this company.

Despite several attempts to have a new order sent they would only offer me a refund which started at £1 then went up eventually to £5. I explained several times I did not want money I wanted a new item and it to look like the style I’d ordered because it was a gift. The item was an L shaped light that showed beautiful dried flowers inside, however the one I received was half empty of flowers. Today after several emails I have to accept £5 offered as there is no budging on their part for a replacement. Please don’t use this company they really don’t produce what they advertise.

Terrible company, charged me more than quoted, then sent me a rubbish item, won't answer my emails and Paypal no help at all. Purchased via Facebook ad, so guessing FB don't check out their advertisers at all as not the first scam ad I've come across on there.

My first ever negative online review I ordered in good faith from the Facebook website. Sizing totallly incorrect, told them they’d sent the wrong size not interested. It costs to much to return to China, basically offered a partial refund I’m still waiting , this order was from May and i still receive the same automated email from them !!! I will keep emailing them until out of principal. Shocking customer service, total waste of money will never order from a Facebook site again

Ordered two Christmas garlands- the images looked amazing and the promo said how realistic and soft they were .. should have listened to my gut. They have arrived - and they are the cheapest plastic imaginable, they look artificial and shiney and the smell is horrendous! Ahh well you live and learn 😆

If I could give it 0 I would . DONT BUY FROM THEM. What I had to what was in the photos are a million times apart it’s the cheapest crap bit of plastic. It’s not a garland. It’s not nice and full so bad and sparse. Stay away whatever you do. Stay away. Service is disgusting.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a Christmas garland ….should have been gorgeous (so the advert said) what arrived was the most awful plastic crap 🙄 I’ve ever seen…. Buyer beware..,,,.don’t get sucked in by the advert like I did 🙃
