Ordered a battery operated birthday card, it arrived after 6 weeks as a normal card with no moving parts. They say that is what I ordered, absolutely not. Scam company

Scam
Scam, nothing more, complete scam. 10 weeks waiting for battery operated birthday card, paid nearly £20, missed birthday date, then when it arrived its just a card, no sound, no device to make a sound, disclaimer on rear of card to say 'it contains a battery'!!! Which it does not. Disgusted. It is utterly appalling how companies can use PayPal for payment, and continually let the public down and nothing is done. Please don't use this firm, your disappointment is guaranteed.

They wont give refunds for items not received
I ordered the Pennies from Heaven item. It never arrived, was marked Return to Sender. I contacted customer service, very unhelpful saying i needed to compensate THEM for not receiving the item! I have told them of their legal obligation under UK distance selling regs but they seem not to care so I have lost money. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
