I signed up for the service and got approved. The pills came in a timely fashion. However, the experience was non-existent. The pills had zero effects. I may as well been taking sugar pills.

This company is a straight up Joke. I ordered the least as possible. They even gave me a discount on top of the already low price. That was the first red flag for me. Then I thought maybe they’re just trying to gain more business. After about 4 days of not hearing from anyone I was about to call them. When a text from someone that goes by the name Robert. Saying he sees I filled out the application and he apologized that no one has gotten back with me and to give it another day or so I should hear something. Ok I went for that. 3 days go by I text Robert to cancel my order. Guess what? No response from Robert.😆 so I contacted them through chat on the app. Asked them to cancel since they can’t get it right. The person was like well it’s been expedited so if you want just give it a couple more days or I can cancel now. So I give it a couple days still nothing. So I go back to the chat get ahold of Ivy who canceled my order. But warned me that I wouldn’t be able to order from them again cause it would be like a denial. Good! They even tried charging my credit card 14.50 when the discount I was supposed to pay 9.50. Not worried about it though cause the Bank will most definitely get their money back. They need to get it together or go out of business. Looks like they are refunding more money than they are actually making 🤪

Easy process, good communication. Product works like they say it does. It's pretty hard to have a bad experience with FP unless there is a wrong address or communication issue. Highly recommend, and they are not a scam; I can pause or stop service at any time.

One star is the lowest I can give. You are automatically set up for a subscription. Canceling the subscription is a chore ! Once I placed my order, with "free" shipping, they couldn't ship it ? Just got texts and emails promising to ship it as soon as they could. At this time. The company has reached out through customer service and provided an apology for the miscommunication, and provided a solution to resolve my concerns. In my opinion, they gave acted responsibly, and corrected the issues. A more "clear" path for canceling the subscription would be helpful.

The ease, the expense, and the site's professional interaction are all strong selling points; but the rock hard results are why I'll keep coming back.

I placed the order, waited 7 days then got the email saying incomplete address sent back. Contacted them they said someone left off the unit # ,said they would send replacement order would be about 5 days. This time they sent to wrong physical address had street number wrong this time! Now it's been almost 3 weeks, no apology actually kind of snarky, asked if they could overnite the order. She said well since replacement was already sent I would have to wait three weeks before they could replace the order. I asked to speak to a supervisor because their mistake 2 times leaves me almost 2 months with no medication, couldn't be right. She said I am a supervisor, no way around the policy! Ok then give me a refund a close the account! Funny how for billing they had the correct address, had no problem charging me for something I never received! Now I know why it was so much cheaper than the first service I used. Not a single apology for this long drawn out MESS!
