I filed for a prescription on March 17, 2024. When I didn’t hear from a healthcare providers within a couple of weeks, I got in touch with the company, and was assured that the issue had been escalated and would be addressed. This continued for nearly four months when I finally asked that my order be cancelled. The following day my “account” received approval and a prescription, but because I had cancelled, the order couldn’t be filled. Since everything was now in place, I asked if the order could be reinstated, but that request was denied. I then asked if I could start from the beginning, but was informed that I wouldn’t be able to use my email address and phone number as they were tied to the cancelled account. The chat assistant suggested using another email address and phone number. I am not sure why this company has decided to punish me for their issue in securing healthcare review of my medical submission within a reasonable amount of time somewhat short of FOUR MONTHS. I do not understand Friday Plans’ refusal to reinstate my account as the delay was entirely on their part.
