This business makes every effort to get you as a customer. But once you do you get your first order with in a couple days. But after that they could care less about getting you the next order I placed on on January the 4 I still never received my order. I called numerous times . They claimed they were sorry . Said they would escalate the order right away . Still not shipped. So I called them again . Still apologizing but couldn’t say when it would ship!! So I told them to refund my money and cancel my subscription . You know not good for your relationship when you can’t get what you need. So I will deal with Hims ! They cost a little more but at least , They care about their customers.

UPDATE AS OF 04/28/25: Cancellation process didn't work. I have a charge on my card. Granted, support was great again but like... They said I never cancelled... I absolutely did. First the good: 1) Easy to use website 2) Easy to pause or cancel subscription (though the cancel has a weird behavior where it just logs you out, doesn't even confirm. But it's noticeable if you log back in) 3) What I would call the "client experience" was great The Bad 1) I tried multiple pills over various days and none of them did anything for me 1a) I've used the same type of med before at a lower dose (but non generic) and it worked. These, again seemed to have done absolutely nothing. Giving 2 stars because client experience was good, if it wasn't it would be 1.
