I'll be honest; this is the third time I am writing, and posting, a review of this site. I am not spam posting, rather, I am posting so that others are aware that there are still some issues being looked into, and appear to be unresolved. So, after 2 weeks of checking in, and offering possible fixes, my account was credited to the point that they basically took responsibility for the error, and didn't want me to be miserable any longer. So, remember, there are actual people on the other side of the phone/chat system (once it hands off to a team member), and they "get it." They don't want their error to be your problem, and to me, that speaks volumes to the character of the business because, with the volume these guys see day in and out, it'd be easy for me to just become a patient number, with this condition, needing this medicine, to them. They always treated me as though I were their product ambassador, and truly cared how this impacted my life. For that reason, I will be a member with them unless the prices start creeping higher. This place has no customer service at all, package gets lost in the mail and Joana and Mark who are not from the United States basically hang up on you (Joana). Or give you no resolution and refuse to let you speak to a manager (Mark). Quit using snail mail or take charge and stand behind your shipping method.

What a ripoff. My first order never arrived and when you call, email or chat with them, they sidestep resolving the order, instead trying to get you to order more. Unless you say I disputing it on my card, do they get serious. In the end I never received them and am making sure the chsrge is disputed.
