Very easy process
Could not have been an easier process. And the medication is the lowest price of all the telehealth services out there. I switched to Friday Plans from another company for this reason — more pills for less money. Wish I would have made the switch sooner!

Overall
Overall, the price is cheap. The workflow is easy and the UI - user interface - is clean and functionally use. I’m a little annoyed though that they only offer free shipping but won’t let you pay more for express shipping. Not sure what’s up with that. It is annoying when sometimes it takes them almost 5 days to fill the order and send it after paying for it immediately upon clicking send next package.
