Took 3 weeks to ship
Took 3 weeks to ship. The ceramic filter was poorly packaged, and arrived broken. I sent a photo of the damage within hours of receipt, but they demanded I waste more of MY time to resolve THEIR mistake, demanding ridiculous photos of the packing slip, the shipping label etc. All supposedly so they can "process" my "claim". I sent them everything they asked, no response. Seems like run around from a company that couldn't care less about their customers. They're phone number is a Utah number they don't even answer. strange for a company from North Carolina edit: they eventually sent a replacement
