I let my wife to pick the booking agency for our last trip and this was one of the best decisions I have made for a while. So she picked Freshtours and managed to get everything for half the price that other services were quoting us.. isn't this crazy? We are already planning our next move and will be booking again this week.. just wanted to come here and tell how awesome these guys are.

COMPRÉ CON ELLOS UN VUELO IDA Y REGRESO A MI PAÍS, PAGUÉ CON TRANSFERENCIA BANCARIA, PORQUE CON TARJETA NO SE PODÍA NO FUNCIONABA, LOS BILLETES NUNCA LLEGARON, AVERIGUÉ CON EL NÚMERO DE RESERVA A LA AEROLINEA QUE VIAJARIA SUPUESTAMENTE Y NO APARECIA NADA A MI NOMBRE, LUEGO ME LLEGÓ UN CORREO DICIENDO QUE LA RESERVA HABIA SIDO CANCELADA POR OVERBOOKING, QUE EL DINERO SERÍA DEVUELTO DE 15 A 60 DÍAS LABORABLES, ESTO ES UNA ESTAFA.

Precies dezelfde ervaring als de anderen hier melden. Opeens is mijn ticket van aankomende maandag bij Transavia geannuleerd. Omdat de vlucht overboekt zou zijn. Dat blijkt niet zo te zijn. Ik heb nu alsnog via Transavia geboekt. Contact met FreshTours is niet mogelijk. Ik had al eerder om tickets gevraagd, maar daar was niet op gereageerd. Balen 😱

It has been a real pleasure in dealing with them. Highly competent people and always sorted me out with alternative routes and gave me pointers choosing the best and most affordable destinations.

Was thinking that when the tickets are so cheap then there probably arent many good seats left on the plane but I was wrong.. got the tickets for half the price and didn't pay any extra for seating either.

Per my experience, this is probably one of the most affordable travel services there is. The booking process has also been made quite easy and most of the processes are automated, but support seems also always available. Great work!

Pas op! Oplichters! Net als de andere recensies heb ik een mail ontvangen dat vlucht geannuleerd was wegens overboeking bij de luchtvaartmaatschappij. Die heb ik gebeld maar was absoluut niet het geval. Ik ben van plan gerechtelijke stappen te nemen. Zullen we samenwerken om ze gerechtelijk aan te pakken? Stuur me een bericht als je mee wil doen.
