expungement
It all went well,until court date stated judge took petition to review in chambers?..I waited awhile until I decided to call David.He said judge approved it on court date,If so,why did it take so long for me to find out? Othetwise the service was excellent and the price was good

Unfortunately, the Judge took the matter under submission, meaning that he decided not to rule on the matter in open court that day, and he wanted more time to consider the matter in his chambers. This is not normal, but can happen from time to time. We were not notified of the Judges decision until several weeks later, and we were happy that he decided to rule in our favor. Your case has been expunged and a copy of the court order was provided to you. We cannot control every aspect of the process, as it is human process, but we are glad we were able to get your case expunged for you, and we wish you all the best moving forward in your life.

Before coming to fresh and easy law center I was at a lost for hope. I couldn't get a job anywhere, but after talking to David he assured me that I would be able to work again in 12-14 weeks. That promise was kept and my petition was granted. The crazy thing is that all of this was handled online and via email/phone. I would recommend anyone to this law firm if your looking for a fresh start for the future.

Greatest Legal Experience Ever!
I plead guilty to something that I did not do because I was locked up listening to the jail house lawyers. Anyway, I was unable to get the type of employment that I had experience in (HR) because I had a record. I contacted Fresh Start Law Center and David was extremely helpful! He was also patient with me and let me know what the status was during each step in this process. He got my case expunged and that is truly a blessing! Please use this company and no other!
