Loving FreshLearn. Made the migration from Kajabi and it was simple and practical. Customer Support is always quick and very effective. They did all the migration for free of cost. Raghu has always helped me with any issues or questions I had. He was a great communicator and very patient with any questions. I'm very satisfied with FreshLearn and their customer service.

I moved from Thinkific to Freshlearn. I was somewhat hesitant to change over but you just can't beat the pricing. Not only is Freshlearn a better price BUT they have outstanding LIVE support! I highly recommend this company for your courses!

I have tried multiple platforms thru free trial periods. This is the only one that has all the features i need to launch online courses. They are quick to respond to inquiries. They also take feedback and work to make it happen to make this site an awesome site. The tools to build a site to offer courses is easy to use. I have zero tech skills

I made the decision to switch from Kajabi to FreshLearn based on price and the fact that the FreshLearn support team migrated over my Kajabi courses/pages for me (a HUGE convenience and time saver!) I was blown away with all the incredible tech and options they have within the platform as well as the 1-on-1 video chat support. Kajabi is an excellent, robust platform but it was hard to find a person to talk to let alone get on a call with someone to walk me through the issue. With FreshLearn, I can schedule a 30 minute, dedicated call (most often for the same day) and be connected with someone on the team face to face to help show me how to do something. They also have the on-platform chat option. The team is eager to help and implement customer feedback. The user experience and intuitiveness of the platform backend is - in my opinion - just as good if not better than Kajabi (and all the other platforms I've used: teachable, Samcart, etc.) The combined price, customer service, and platform offerings (course, website, masterclass, digital download, affiliate, etc) can't be beat!
