At least that's the feeling I'm getting – different from some cemented systems that are usually significantly more expensive. The customer service is awesome. I received a lot of assistance from Teja, through what has become a rare treasure of live human support – progressing through the learning curve with screen sharing and clear immediate responses and solutions. Teja has been excellent and effective, both clear and knowledgable as she is patient and kind. The spice is the immediacy – replacing endless email correspondence with a real person, face to face, with abundant good will. You run into challenges, you learn and progress through trial and discovery, and what's still unresolved – there's clear and immediate help from a kind professional. Fresh breeze indeed.

The availability of support has been excellent. Raghu has made himself available to answer my questions both by email and especially by live meetings.
