I am so disappointed by this company. They promised live support but failed to say it is only based on their time zone which was basically while I slept. They have very limited automations. Just be aware that you get what you pay off. Trust me I know the price is enticing but the headache that can ensue from moving to this platform is not worth it

Pros: it's easy to book an appointment to talk to someone Cons: after the company confirmed that my account would be cancelled within 24 hours, my card was charged in full and my inquiries were not responded to. During my time with fresh learn, asking for information always required waiting and booking a video consultation, during which the person helping would go through the information so quickly that it was impossible to understand, and were visibly and audibly annoyed when I asked them to repeat.

Hello, The cancellation can be done only from your side. You have to go to settings -> Billing and click on cancel subscription. Our team does not have access to cancel subscriptions for security reasons. Till the subscription is active, stripe automatically renews the account once the renewal date is reached. We also send the reminder email for upcoming renewals at least 30 days before renewal.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - this company will steal your money. They took $700 from my account, without my permission and then told me that would pay for two years membership - which I didn't want. I was on the $29 per month plan. I then subsequently got my money back after a long, drawn out battle. Then discovered they had continued to take money monthly depsite me being on the 'free' plan. There's no way to fix this on their site. Absolute conartists. AVOID.

Avoid at all costs. I paid for their service to port my online school from Teachable to Freshlearn. Months later they still hadn't even started this process. I have now been waiting over 3 months to get my refund for a service I never received. Awful customer support and awful business. Teachable may be more expensive but it's easily worth it.

This is a company from India but say claim to be from USA. They claim 24/7 customer support but it is really 8/5 customer support. I do not write many reviews but my experience with this company was truly terrible. I highly recommend you stay far away from them. Make sure when you leave they do you keep you content. They removed my access without notice hence not permitting me to remove content. I will take action for breach of copyright. I repeat stay far away from this company. I feel its a high tech scam from India. UPDATE: Freshlearn's reply is not true. I never reviewed this company in 2020 and I only purchased this product just recently. I did not schedule 10 back to back support sessions. I did schedule support sessions over a month time span because the support provided failed to fix the issues I was having. I have plenty of emails to prove my point. Freshlearn never provided me an opportunity to remove my data nor did they warn me in advance that they would remove my log in data. If you do not take my word for their terrible service, please take a look at the other negative reviews on this site and other sites before deciding on an LMS platform. You requested additional information from me, but it is apparent from your reply that you are fully aware of me, my purchase and the problems I have had with you program. The request for additional information is just an attempt to get my review removed from public view. I also recently discovered that your company used to be Freshlearnlms. It received so many bad reviews that your opened a new company with a slight name change to hide you past poor reviews.

Hello Tony, You have earlier shared a review of bad experience in 2020 and you bought FreshLearn license again a month back. We refunded you the amount though it was out the refund policy. We do have a fair policy on support. When we say 24 / 7 support we do make we respond but that doesn't mean you misuse by booking 10 meetings in a row :) We surely according to the policy purge the data at our end if you have not done it yourself. When you requested for cancellation and refund 2 weeks back, we surely expect you to take action at your end and delete the data. You cannot hold an individual or a company responsible for your unwarrented behaviour and a threat of a bad review We are passionate in building a world class platform for creators and will surely keep working towards it for a very distant future. I have requested a REFUND for two programs I purchased - the Pro and then upgrade to No Brainer. I had my onboarding call and they said they'd get back to me with info to migrate my courses, but now since the call, I have not heard from them and they they are IGNORING my multiple emails and chat texts. No migration help, not response to refund requests - NOTHING. Very unethical and dishonest. Will be disputing charges, but feel others need to be warned. UPDATE: I have been asking for two weeks solid (every day) for a refund for my NO BRAINER plan. I have been well-within the NO QUESTIONS ASKED 14-DAY REFUND POLICY, however they wanted to know why (??) and when I told them I just decided to use a different platform and I don't like that they don't have bulk upload options for media, they told me they would NOT be refunding me. Now they are just ignoring me again. BEWARE >> Do not use this unethical company. They have very shady business practices and I really suspect most reviews are false -- some others are having my same experience, so just be warned!

Used to be called FreshLMS but they burnt their previous customers, including those of us like me who were early supporters that purchased their lifetime deal. Then they changed their name to Freshlearn to help cover their tracks. The product itself has always been very basic and clunky with very limited ability to customize anything, full of bugs, clunky. Their development has been extremely slow to improve over the years, there's so much more new platforms out now that are way better. Support was slow or literally non-existent in response. They don't listen to you and are not interested in your feedback. The owner Rahul is clearly ONLY ruthlessly interested getting in your hard-earned money his pocket for personal gain, he shows no remorse or acknowledgement of basically stealing in a roundabout way though LTD sites. And that's why this product will NEVER be great or worth your money, he's the boss. You have so many other much better options out there, anyone but this one. You've been warned.
