I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the support services provided by FreshLearn, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the moment I reached out for assistance until the resolution of my issue, the support team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for my concerns.

Someone is Listening and taking action. A big shoutout to the Freshlearn tech team. I had some issues with emails and needed changes to the site. Not only did they understand my pain, they helped to clear several aspects of it to make it simpler. I am talking 12K+ emails executed 5 times a week.

Super great service and best video support. It was possible to have a video call at the next day and we solved all issues together.

Knocks Thinkific out of the park! I was with Thinkific for two years, but was unhappy with their pricing and levels of support. Freshlearn is one-third the cost, and with way better customer support and video chat to fix things. No-brainer for me to go with FreshLearn as a course creator.
