The tool would be great, the only issue is, the tool constantly looses your work on emails and pages. Whilst writing an email or page, the tool suddenly reloads and you are back to an empty page, no matter how often you saved your work. The support is not helpful, as they just tell you to save. Switching to Freshlearn was definitely one of our worst business decisions.

I will never use them because I first heard of them from the fact that they’re sending me unsolicited email every two days using my contact info from my other learning platform. Sending me spam is not the greatest marketing tool

They failed to deliver on promises of importing my school a couple years ago, so I cancelled. I had to contest with my credit card to get my money back. They have autobilled a year later for a service I'm not using and never used. I contested both times and won with my credit card. I just got an email that they plan to autobill again- a third time. I logged in to see if there was a cancel button I missed. There's no place to cancel that I could find and no help documents about cancelling. They only offer an upgrade option, no way to turn off autobilling.

In 2020, I purchased a lifetime subscription to FreshLearn when it was labelled FreshLMS. That lifetime subscription included in its agreement “lifetime access to FreshLMS” and “all future plan updates” which included certifications and gamification. The company then changed their name to FreshLearn and proceeded to separate the FreshLMS Plan into 3 separate plans, allocating the lowest paid plan to represent my subscription. All I wanted was to create an exam for an in-person class I was going to hold that would allow the students to receive a certificate once they had passed the exam. So I went to my (now) FreshLearn account to try and do this. Imagine my surprise when I found that no certificates (or gamification) were available at my level of the plan and that I would have to purchase a subscription to the next level plan. I contacted support and was told that they appreciated my initial investment but was then pointed to purchase their next level plan at an ongoing cost. This is a very obvious matter of promising something upfront and then acting in bad faith with their initial investors.

Their lack of a free trial + no refunds made FreshLearn just a money hole for us. The sales page design tools are outdated, and the integration options were poor. After attempting to setup my account for 12 hours I requested they cancel my account, and to refund me. It took them a week to respond and they just asked me questions like "What integration were you looking for?" I would answer, they would take a week to respond with another question. Finally they said they cancelled the account, but it rebilled anyway. A year later, they billed me on their annual plan. When I emailed them again about this, they said they can't cancel the account, that can only be done inside the dashboard by myself, and that they have a no refund policy.

I moved my school from Teachable to FreshLearn. Unfortunately, this move destroyed the technical SEO of my school. Specifically, (other than the course videos) FreshLearn didn't move the individual site assets (images, custom code, CSS scripts, fonts, etc.) to a native Freshlearn environment. FreshLearn airlifted these assets from Teachable with their existing CDNs and hosting specs unchanged. As a result, while all assets were available per se, the conflict between FreshLearn and legacy (Teachable) CDNs destroyed the technical SEO of the site. My school's SEO performance index as measured by tools like pagespeed dropped to low 20ies both on mobile and desktop.

Do not use it. It's bad and unstable product. But the worst part in cancelling the account and/or removing credit card from billing You cannot do it yourself and they are ignoring request to do so - and charge you even if you ask them repeatedly to cancel the account and do not use the product.

DO NOT USE IT if you don’t want to regret. Every aspect of features and services are not stable. There are a lot of bug and issues which are important. the platform is not suitable for SEO.
