AMAZING experience with FreshLearn support. After being so frustrated with trying to setup Kik (formerly ConvertKit), Kajabi, Teachable's insane pricing and so may other platforms with a ton of headache. FreshLearn has been a breath of fresh air. Their UI for the setup is easy and the video tutorials right on the configuration screen has been a breeze! I ran into an issue with the Email configuration settings and Raghu (a human...not a bot) responded. He sent me a Google Meet link and within 5 minutes. The problem was fixed! THANK YOU RAGHU!!! Getting a platform that is live for my community (Google Shea's Tech) is critical. I was using Google Classroom and a bunch of manual workarounds which were time consuming and eating my day. FreshLearn is the solution I needed!

The FreshLearn team is invaluable and provides excellent support. The pricing is extremely valuable for small businesses and entrepreneurs who want to provide coaching courses and online lessons. The course Design layout is very basic, but it works. The No Brainer plan includes a lot of automation, including prefilled templates to help users get started once they sign up. It took longer than expected to get the course up and running. Still, compared to other higher-priced enterprise-level LMS platforms, I'm sure each additional feature would have taken longer and cost much more, such as Stripe integration, domain integration, and email automation. The tooltips and videos helped me set up each section, and the support team was very easy to contact for other issues. I recommend working with FreshLearn.

The help desk is exceptional. As soon as I put a question in the chat - the helpdesk investigates the issue and usually has it fixed before we get on a call. On helpdesk calls, all issues are fixed the first time. Usually is is operator error - or something wasn't turned on correctly. I have great success with the courses I am offerring. I started using the community option - and it works great!!! Thank you for all you do to support the course creators around the world.

I moved my online courses from Thinkific to FreshLearn the day before Christmas 2024. The primary considerations are the support I get from them (particularly the onboarding calls), the migration support, the platform structure (I find it easier to navigate), and the price. I tend to get overwhelmed with IT systems, but it's been so much more enjoyable with the FL team holding my hands. They also helped me understand how I can use different features that they have to meet my growing needs. I value human contacts, and I get them from FreshLearn. This makes a HUGE difference for me. I am excited to grow my work on this platform.
