I like your product and have been…
I like your product and have been buying it for the last few years online ever since I sampled your products at the Jacksonville market. However, I've been disappointed in the dramatic price swings. I remember getting 2 for around $20, which I thought was expensive, only to find the price doubled the following time. I stopped buying it for awhile. This time I bought them seeing the lower price, but when they came they were half the size I usually buy, so disappointed again. Like I said, I love your product, but the price exceeds the value for me. I don't know if I will buy again simply because of the price.

Hi Darren, We love our Riverside Arts Market family. So happy you found us there. We source the very best ingredients from all around the world to make sure they are organic and clean. Our fans are super important to us. We sell Sampler Gift Sets for $24.99 on our website. These are five 2 oz glass bottles full of delicious spice blends. That's $5 a bottle. Our next size up is an 8 oz bottle. Right now, we sell these for $11.99. That's 4 times the spice of the smaller bottle for just about double the price. If you are seeing prices way beyond this please let us know because it might not be us selling them. I would suggest following us on social media (Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram). We like to give our fans discount codes on all of those platforms! Each order on FreshJax.com is helping us fight to end childhood hunger. We have donated over 120,000 meals to kids in need. If you have any questions or suggestions I would absolutely love to talk to you more. Please email me at [email protected]. Love, Kayci ~Marketing Leader~
