I wish I knew about this website before. I ordered from this guy and he never sent the product. I bought through Amazon which is making it more difficult to get a refund. Amazon keeps making me wait because this guy marked it as shipped 2 weeks ago but when you look up the tracking usps says its still waiting for the package. Like other people in these reviews I haven't been able to get a response, I've sent 3 Amazon messages and 2 emails. All have been ignored. This is not how to run a business! I regret spending $150 for products people are calling cheap and terrible... that I'm not even going to get!

NEVER GOT MY PIPE HOPE THEY BURN IN HELL

Should have gone of this site before I purchased from them. Don't order from these guys. The glass is very cheap, and none of it is made very well. The customer service is crap, their product is crap. It was a total wash for me, lesson learned. Since their customer service is crap, I am just tossing it as a lesson learned, and wasted money. FreshTech products are crap, and the YTubers who love them get the product for free, so of course they have nothing bad to say.

I ordered a set of the Pros and Elites from FresheTech which took 2-1/2 weeks for delivery. Upon receipt, the Pro set didn't work at all - They were DOA. I contacted FresheTech and they promptly sent me a second set which is why they get the 2nd star. That set was DOA also and when I contacted them, they refunded my money for them. At this time I noticed that the microphone on the Elite set didn't work. I'd had these for 2 weeks and when I contacted FresheTech about the defect, they said it was past their return window, which I guess is 30 days. They said this even though their records show I'd only had them for 2 weeks since it took 2-1/2 weeks to receive them. These look like nice headphones, but the QC is deplorable and their customer relations is spotty at best. With 3 defective pairs (out of 3), I'd recommend buying another brand.

Adam is FOS had problem getting a tracking number wouldn`t reply to him sending the tracking number waited 2 days no reply was in the process of ordering another pipe so i decided to cancel that order on 7/1/20 was told it was put back on card didn`t think nothing about it till today not refunded yet text Adam today no response called office no response yet wish i had checked reviews on these trickster wouldn`t have ever ordered i want yall to know you laughing now but that`s going to change in 90 days from now hopefully you still in business then so you can feel the wrath of what going to happen by then people do like Forest Gump run

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!! Placed an order over a month ago, no update since. Sent several emails to ADAM, he has never responded. This is not the way to do business!!

I ordered earbuds in November 2019. They didn’t work. Returned the merchandise via certified mail. Gio lieD to me, claiming the refund was processed. It was never processed. At least 15 email exchanges occurred between the company and me, each time claiming they’d refunded my money. We are now in February, and my credit card company, Chase, just called me. The rep told me that FRESHeTECH claims they never received the merchandise. I just sent Adam, the CEO, a scathing email, stating this was crazy behavior over $24.95. Chase will reverse the charges so that I can receive the proper credit, and I told Adam that I will now share my experience in every review website possible. Never buy anything from this company. It wouldn’t surprise me if the great reviews you read are fake. Stay away from FRESHeTECH.

Fantastic customer service experience, they were professional fast and so nice and helpful! Couldn’t brag enough of how much the customer service helped me out! What a great company!
