I ordered a single tee to try the product. I did not order a subscription. Another tee showed up one month later and again on the second month. Customer Support - via chat since you can’t call - said they had closed my subscription. I had already looked for a subscription but did not find one. Somehow FCT created a subscription without my permission. As far their product, very soft but not substantial enough for me.

I had to contact the company directly twice as my order did not ship as promised. After the first contact I thought the issue was resolved only to have a week go by without any updates. Had to contact again. It is supposedly on its way.

Total waste of money! You guys keep changing your product to make cuts some how and save money somewhere but you’re actually destroy g your company, name and reputation. It’s sad. I’ve ordered these shirts before amd the quality just keeps getting worse. Will definitely write a review on your BBB.

Literally the worst quality

I placed my order on around 3/25/2024. Today as I write this it 4/11/2024. I have not received my order, therefore cannot give a review.

Sawthe Facebook advertisement and liked the look of the extra long belly covering tee shirts, Really dissatisfied, very thin material poorly put together, no longer than other tee shirts out there, to add to insult it cost £5.00 for the pleasure due to terms and conditions.

I ordered 5 Henley shirts and 3 performance shirts. I've ordered and received many shirts prior to this order and all shirts fit the same. This time 2 of the Henley shirts were too big and long. You replaced them with the same and they were also big and long. I received the performance shirts and all were too big. All shirts that are big were made in the Philippines. The ones that fit were not.

I ordered a shirt. FCT clearly does not believe in any form of quality control. One sleeve is longer than the other by a half inch. The side seams aren’t aligned. One of them lands on my hip near the my front pocket of whatever pants I’m wearing and on the other side, the seem lands toward my back pocket. Across the top of my chest, the shirt rolls up so there’s a wrinkle going from shoulder to shoulder. I stopped ordering True Classic Tees because their quality control was horrible. Same type of issues with them. Probably done with FCT now too.
