A plus for their ads. C for the product which is kind of thin and fits nothing like in the ads. Based on what the website told me I ordered a large which was too wide and too long. Loose arms. I could have tried to exchange it for a medium but was not impressed enough with the quality to keep it. I returned it for a partial refund. Got a nicer shirt from Costco for half the price.

Ordered 7 shirts. Three are great, high quality fabric and fit as advertised. The other four are pure garbage! When I contacted customer service, they were less than helpful and chalked it up to "we have several manufacturers". Told me to return them all, even the three good ones. Terrible! I will not be buying anymore!

The fit of the company's T-shirts are now much looser than they were when the company was known as "Fresh Clean Tees." The former fit was more snug and tailored for those who are fit and in shape. I found the new T-'s to be much looser and designed more for those that are trying to hide their belly's or dad bod's. They shrank a little after washing and drying them.. but they are still loose and not as snug as the originals. Not worth the cost imho.

Ordered the wrong size based on their robot. Emailed back and forth a dozen times. They are wonderful at apologies but absolutely terrible at customer service. I was directed to their self serve returns web page and that proceeded to try and rip me off for about half of what I spent. Not explanation was given although wonderful apologies came through. This stream of messages went on for about a week. Finally someone approved my return and offered 10% off my next order. I suggested that they correct this order before an assumption of further business. Finally I asked to be removed from further communications. The snotty response was that I could do that myself. Right, poor customer service from start to finish. Great shirts..very poor customer service.

I ordered 6 tee shirts from this company and it took 3 weeks to get them but when they came I’ll say they were comfortable. I ordered them at the end of our hot season (I live in Florida) and the start of our unpredictable winter season so I might have worn each shirt 5 times each. First they shrank quick and I wash in cold always, second they’re so thin that they tear really, really easy:( Third for the price I can get a better quality shirt from a gift shop:( Don’t waste your money!!!

Wash them before wearing. I don't know if it's the dye or material process but I never in my 60 years have underarm odor. I guess I'm lucky, but I wore one of their t-shirts and I later noticed a underarm odor. Never happens with my other t-shirts. If washing doesn't help them, they'll be in the garbage.

I ordered 2 tees through Amazon. 1 of them had 2 holes in the sleeve. However, I am not returning it as my son is gonna wear it anyway.. Not happy with the quality though

They used to be amazing then they went to sh@# getting shipping speeds wrong they're collars def changed used to be sturdy nice shirts now some are almost see thru and they fall apart used to last forever company told me they'd make it right then just go ghost now they don't even respond company is trash they're new name is fresh clean threads
