I love your clothes but there are significant and systemic issues with your fulfillment and delivery process. I have placed many orders since early April when I learned of FCT. I have had 3 orders which contained items which were available at the time of order but for some reason/issue with fulfillment center, the items became unavailable at some point after i ordered and i was told the items are no longer in stock. Separate issue - I currently have 3 different orders, 2 small and 1 very large (almost $700 order) where i was told there are issues, they are being worked on, and that I don’t need to contact FCT because it’s being worked on. The almost $700 order was placed in early/mid April. For these 3 pending orders, i received 1 initial email and NO further updates since then. I am extremely frustrated. Also, the fact that there is no phone support is very disappointing too. I really just want to know what’s going on with my orders. Again, love the clothes but everything I am speaking about here is unacceptable.

This is the second order with the company that has gotten significantly delayed. Their customer support team is very friendly but it’s been close to 3 weeks and I still don’t have 1/2 of my order.

The sizes are not persistent. One order it fits great the next order it fits way to big.

The ordering experience was fine. The quality of the product is not. The shirts are not up of the same quality as earlier orders. The material is much thinner now. Not sure I’m keeping the order and may cancel subscription.

My order never arrived. I reached out to customer service and they refunded me my expedited shipping and told me it was a shipping issue. UPS showed a label was created, but package never showed up. They processed a replacement and promised it would be expedited to me. Now, over a week later, I still haven't been notified of a shipment. I reached out again and was told that it was a technical issue on their side, but was not provided any further info on when I'd receive my items. The shorts I was purchasing were for a trip that's already passed at this point and overall this has been disappointing to deal with. I will say their clothes, when they arrive, are the best I've ever bought. Fit and feel great

Email I received offered “choose v neck or crew”. I chose v neck but received crew. I asked for help to correct and received a terse response, “it’s a grab bag, you get what you get.” Not what I’d expect for a premium shirt. I also have a few polos I bought last year. Surprised to see today that one has a seam coming apart at the sleeve. I love the feel of the shirts but quality seems at risk. Customer service has been great, recent experience was unexpected.

The Henley shirt shrinks. The regular t shirts I purchased did not shrink. I gave the shirt to Goodwill .

The fabric and the sizes are very inconsistent. Not worth the surprise of how the shirts are going to fit
