Fraud. I have cancelled my account many times and they still send me packages. The last time my bank told me I needed to file a fraud complaint. That's what I will do.

I’ll make this statement short and brief. The product is very good . The customer service is awful. I tried canceling my yearly subscription a few times. It’s impossible to talk to a “live” person . I was charged today ( on day 366 ) and after a few attempts to cancel the yearly charge , all I was told via email , check your junk email ! No support whatsoever ! I do NOT endorse this company because of their poor customer service!

Beware: If you subscribe for auto delivery, you will be billed at the highest price for their shirts. They have a promise on their website that they break over and over again. The promise states: "UNLOCK OUR BEST PRICE PER ITEM ThreadBox subscribers get rewarded. Never pay anything but our best price when you subscribe." It's untrue. Today, I can use a promo code and manually order 3 shirts at a $10 savings over the price they automatically charge on subscriptions. It's just an outright lie when they say you'll get the best price. You won't. They do not apply any current promotional pricing, so the best price is only available if you don't have a subscription. They've done this with me now twice and it feels very unethical and dishonest. Stay away from the subscriptions if you truly want their best pricing.

A conformation email would be nice

I really used to love your shirts, bought dozens of them over the years. My last two orders were not the same shirts I had been getting. I’ve always ordered XL, I’m 185 pounds and have been the same weight for years. The latest shirts Ive received were way larger than before, they were literally baggy on me. Also they wrinkle so easy now, I can tell the materials switched a few years ago because they are a lot softer now, which can be good but as I’ve said they come out winkled right out of the dryer even with softener and dryer sheets. I literally still wear my old shirts I ordered from 2020-2023 because the quality was far superior. Great customer service, pricing and shipping though, just wish the shirts were the same as they were years ago. This is why I haven’t ordered in a long time.

You could not have a material thinner than my tough tees that arrived yesterday. The fitement length is not true to the advertisement either. A short is no shorter than any other length. Great advertising. Sub-standard product... John Devaney

Hi, I wanted to share my experience with my recent order, as it has been extremely disappointing. To start, the t-shirts are priced at a premium. While the quality is decent, I would not consider it exceptional given the cost. I placed an order totaling approximately $200 for multiple v-neck and crew neck shirts and initially received no updates for over two weeks. I had to reach out myself just to get a status update. When I finally connected with customer service, I was told I needed to wait an additional two days before any action could be taken because the shipping carrier had not scanned the package. The interaction felt dismissive, and the only solution offered at the time was a refund rather than making an effort to resend the order. After 16 days, I was informed that the package had been lost in transit and that a replacement order would be expedited. While I appreciated that step, the expedited shipping still took an additional 10 days to arrive. In total, it took 26 days to receive my order. That timeline is unacceptable, especially considering the price point and expectations set by your brand. I hope you take this feedback seriously and review both your shipping process and customer service approach. This experience has made me hesitant to order again or recommend your company to others.

I accidentally bought a 3 pack of tees. I haven't received a email confirmation and my credit card was charged. Where's my purchase?
