I just received my first three T-shirts and they fit great. They feel great and I have already ordered three polo shirts from them as well. If the polo shirts are as good as the T-shirt I'm gonna be a happy guy.

My order stayed that it was delivered on the 19th. It was never received. I contacted customer service on the 20th. I was asked to double check and see if it came on the 20th. Sadly it didn't. Taylor, the customer.service rep, jumped into action and immediately got a replacement order together for me. I was amazed! I can't say how much I appreciated the exceptional service and on a weekend.

Wanted to follow up on my review below. Changed my review to 5, Fresh Clean Threads reached out to me and have agreed to exchange the t-shirts. Consumers need to recognize companies when they step up and take care of the customer Thank you Ordered the 6 pack Fall Essential T-shirts. I was very happy with the product, the fabric was soft, the fit was perfect and the colors were great. I was getting ready to order more when I washed the first 3, they all shrank at least half a size By the way I followed the washing instructions

I bought the summer pack and it am extremely happy!! These are the best shirts I have ever worn. I contacted the company about one of the shirts that the hem was coming apart before I even worn it and they already put an order in to replace it. Great customer service , even better product!! Purchased 5 Henley shirts which shipped quickly. Opened 1 shirt and did not like the fit. Initiated a return via email, FCT provided the shipping label, mailed it the following day, and 2 days later I had a refund. The shirts did not work out for me but their customer service/processes are spot on!
