DO NOT ORDER. Order in the beginning of September, the initial email says it takes about a day to confirm your order. Welp, took three weeks to confirm my order. I reached out multiple times and got a long email about how they care so much about customers and that they will do anything to keep good relations. Expedite shipping? Discount? Refund? None of the above. Zero offers to make it right. Got a notice on Monday that it's ready to ship but hasn't moved all week. Horrible company. Horrible customer service.

The fit is good however the quality of the fabric does not hold up well after washing in cold water and I hang dry them outside. The fabric starts to pillow at neckline and then the body of the shirt starts after just a few washes. Sent e mail to customer service they responded saying no one else has this issue.. I find that hard to believe. Unfortunately, I will not purchase these shirts again. I bought a dozen and they already look like they are old. Sad but true and they advertise it like it’s the best shirt since sliced bread. Customer service was very good and replaced a few but they still have the fabric problem. They need to seriously change their fabrics..

I wish i could give them no stars. I order from them Sept 6th and have not heard anything about my order. I reached out to them twice and only got an automated email saying they are looking into my order, no actual response. Their website claims they process orders in about 1 day but it has been over a week now. The most frustrating this is that there is no customer support, they don't respond to emails, the chat function is down on their website, and they don't list a number to call. Very disappointed. I will likely have to file a dispute with my CC company and try to get my money back.

I wouldn't buy another item this from this company. I ordered several products from them and one shirt was missing. I notified their customer service department and they asked to me to take pictures of the items that I received so they could 'share with our shipping' department to help them do a better job next time. My job is not to help you them do their job better...my job is to buy their products and to receive what I ordered. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Plus, their t-shirts start to degrade after you wash them a couple of times.

Its been about three weeks that I ordered a few shirts. I still have not recieved it. There is no customer service number to call. I sent a message thru their website and received an auto response that they will respond with 24-36 hours and I still have yet to receive an update. Very frustrating.

7 weeks no order just lame excuses....Run!

This is an odd company, trying to leverage the "tests well" words _fresh_ and _clean_ in order to make it seem that they are doing something revolutionary. In fact, not only are their tees way overpriced, but the product itself is made of very thin, nearly see-through material. And that's just the beginning. Mine didn't fit, and so I asked for a refund. I had the largest size, and so could not exchange. They refunded me only the cost of the tee (about $25) and not the shipping (about $9), and thought that were doing me a favour by telling me I could keep the tee -- no need to send it back. So I was out $9 and had a tee that was of no use to me. I complained to ask for the $9 back and they did refund it ultimately. But as I told the agent rep, the fact that they could just give me a free tee meant that they didn't have to invest so much in the whole returns infrastructure. (I confirmed later with them that the do do "normal" returns where the customer sends back the item, at no charge, too.) The final issue is that their 3XL tees are advertised on their site as being 28 inches across the chest (which is why I bought one), but the actual product was somewhere around 26 or 27 inches. That makes a big difference for a big guy. He said he would report that to their manufacturer. Overall, a 1-star experience at best.

Sizing, quality and disappointment. Polo and Henley. They are way to short even after I put in my height. Quality was that of a cheap tee shirt. I was looking forward to a shirt that fits. That didn't happen. Now the search continues. This is not the place it said it was. Look else where.
