french pharmacyReviews of frenchpharmacy.com

The response was very quick and they sent me exactly what I needed!

Timothy resolved my issue and answered all my questions - very professional and friendly. Thank you!

I love the products from here! They stock skincare products that I can't find outside of France. My parcel arrived with a cute card and was packaged very nice, it looked like a gift. Most of their range is French high street drugstore products, which seems ordinary until you leave France and have trouble finding them!

The customer service representative was extremely helpful and accommodating

I understand issues arise when dealing with sales of products or services. Things that are out of the control happen and I believe there should always be a chance to correct. When I reached out about my issue, I received a prompt and very pleasant email that addressed my concern. I was given an apology for what happened and a solution to the problem without any hesitation. I love to deal with companies that take this approach and I will continue to work with them. The products I order from French Pharmacy are top of the line and customer service is exceptional.

Timothy was very polite. He listened to my issue and provided excellent service and a prompt solution.
